Council Minutes of 7/2/96 <br />Ordinance No. 96-105 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its second reading. An <br />,~,. ordinance creating new and revised Chapter 1701 of the Fire Prevention Code entitled <br />"Fire Code." Mr. Nashar moved for suspension of the rule requiring three readings; <br />second by Mr. O'Grady; motion passed unanimously. Mr. Nashar moved for adoption; <br />second by Mr. O'Grady; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 96-105 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 96-106 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mrs. Saringer on <br />behalf of the Mayor and entire Council. A resolution supporting the National Aeronautics <br />and Space Administration and declaring an emergency. Mrs. Saringer moved for <br />suspension of the rules requiring three readings and committee review; second by Mr. <br />Musial; motion passed unanimously. Mrs. Saringer moved for adoption; second by Mr. <br />Musial; motion passed unanimously. Resolution No. 96-106 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 96-107 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. An <br />ordinance accepting for dedication as part of the right-of--way along Mill Road certain <br />property owned by Water Tower Square Limited Partnership, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 96-108 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into various <br />agreements with Angelo and Denise Papotto, Jr.; Ida Juhasz; Dominic and Angela <br />Pishnery; and Alan R. and Pauline Kaserman, to purchase and/or to exchange property, all <br />in connection with improvement of Mill Road, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 96-109 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. An <br />ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into <br />an agreement with Polytech, Inc. to provide construction observation services for the <br />Clague Park sanitary sewer retention improvement project, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 96-110 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle on <br />behalf of himself and the entire Council. An ordinance approving a new sewer service <br />agreement between the City of North Olmsted and the City of Fairview Park under which <br />a portion of the City of Fairview Park is served by the city's sanitary sewer system, <br />superseding the existing agreement, authorizing the execution of the new agreement, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 96-111 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mrs. Saringer. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the purchase <br />of one (1) dual fuel ice-resurfacing machine to be used by the Recreation Department. <br />Mrs. Saringer moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings and committee <br />review; second by Mr. McKay; motion passed unanimously.
