Council Minutes of 3/20/96 <br />,~ , Road area, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Limpert moved for adoption; second by Mrs. <br />~~ Saringer; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 96-41 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 96-42 introduced by Mr. McKay on behalf of Mr. Lind was given its third <br />reading. An ordinance to transfer appropriations for current expenses and other <br />expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1995. Mr. <br />Lind moved for adoption; second by Mr. McKay; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance <br />No. 96-42 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 96-43 introduced by Mr. McKay on behalf of Mayor Boyle was given its <br />second reading. A resolution authorizing and directing the Mayor to submit and seek <br />financial assistance from the Ohio EPA for funding for the Georgette Avenue sanitary and <br />storm sewer improvement project, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 96-44 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into <br />an agreement with Malcom Pirnie, Inc. to provide engineering services pertaining to the <br />development of a supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system for the <br />Wastewater Treatment Plant and sanitary sewer system as required by the Ohio EPA, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 96-45 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into <br />an agreement with Western Reserve Engineering & Surveying Company, Inc. to provide <br />construction observation services for various 1996 capital improvement projects, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 96-46 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its second reading. An ordinance <br />to amend Section 943.02 entitled "Headstones, Monuments and Markers," Section 943.06 <br />entitled "Individual Grave Price" and Section 943.07 entitled "Rates for Opening and <br />Closing Graves" of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio. <br />Ordinance No. 96-49 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. An <br />ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and expenditures for the City of <br />North Olmsted for the year ending December 3 1, 1996. <br />Ordinance No. 96-50 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Nashar on behalf <br />of himself and Mr. McKay.
