Ordinance No. 96-42 introduced by Mr. McKay on behalf of Mr. Lind was given its third reading. An ordinance to transfer appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1995. Mr. Lind moved for adoption; second by Mr. McKay; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 96-42 adopted. Resolution No. 96-43 introduced by Mr. McKay on behalf of Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. A resolution authorizing and directing the Mayor to submit and seek financial assistance from the Ohio EPA for funding for the Georgette Avenue sanitary and storm sewer improvement project, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 96-44 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement with Malcom Pirnie, Inc. to provide engineering services pertaining to the development of a supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system for the Wastewater Treatment Plant and sanitary sewer system as required by the Ohio EPA, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 96-45 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement with Western Reserve Engineering & Surveying Company, Inc. to provide construction observation services for various 1996 capital improvement projects, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 96-46 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its second reading. An ordinance to amend Section 943.02 entitled "Headstones, Monuments and Markers," Section 943.06 entitled "Individual Grave Price" and Section 943.07 entitled "Rates for Opening and Closing Graves" of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio. Ordinance No. 96-49 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. An ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 3 1, 1996. Ordinance No. 96-50 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Nashar on behalf of himself and Mr. McKay.
