Council Minutes of 3/5/96 <br />Resolution No. 96-24 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its third reading. A resolution <br />authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the improvement of <br />Bretton Ridge Phase 3 as detailed in the specifications on file and authorizing the Mayor <br />to contract for the same, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Nashar moved for adoption; <br />second by Mr. O'Grady; motion passed unanimously. Resolution No. 96-24 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 96-26 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its third reading. An ordinance <br />to amend Chapter 901 entitled "Excavations" of the Codified Ordinances of the City of <br />North Olmsted, Ohio, as amended. Mr. McKay moved for adoption; second by Mr. <br />Nashar; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 96-26 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 96-27 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its third reading. An ordinance <br />to amend Chapter 905 entitled "Driveways" of the Codified Ordinances of the City of <br />North Olmsted, Ohio, as amended. Mr. McKay moved for adoption; second by Mr. <br />Nashar; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 96-27 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 96-28 introduced by Mr. Musial was given its third reading. An ordinance <br />to amend Section 1353.12 "Maintaining Grade Line Established by City" of the Codified <br />Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio. Mr. Musial moved for adoption; second <br />by Mrs. Saringer; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 96-28 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 96-34 introduced by Mr. Musial was given its third reading. An ordinance <br />adopting a new and revised Chapter 1309 of the Building Code of the City of North <br />Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Musial moved for adoption; second by Mr. <br />McKay; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 96-34 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 96-35 introduced by Mr. Musial was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance accepting two (2) storm drainage easements located adjacent to the Ehle Ditch <br />(crossing Blossom Boulevard) in the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. <br />Mr. Musial moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings; second by Mr. <br />Limpert; motion passed unanimously. Mr. Musial moved for adoption; second by Mr. <br />Limpert; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 96-35 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 96-37 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the purchase <br />of sewer flow meters as detailed in the specifications on file and authorizing the Mayor to <br />contract for the same, anal declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 96-38 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its second reading. An <br />emergency ordinance enacted by the City of North Olmsted, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, in <br />the matter of the hereinafter described improvement and requests the cooperation of the <br />County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio. (Repair and resurfacing of Bradley Road.) Mr. <br />McKay moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings; second by Mr. Nashar; <br />motion passed unanimously.
