Council Minutes of 12/2/97 agreement, authorizing the execution of the new agreement, as amended and declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay moved to table; second by Mr. Lind; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 96-110 is tabled. Ordinance No. 96-64 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its third reading. An ordinance establishing the compensation to be paid to all part-time Parks and Recreation Department personnel and repealing Ordinance No. 86-50, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Lind moved to table; second by Mr. McKay; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 96-64 is tabled. Ordinance No. 94-153 introduced by Mr. Musial was given its third reading. An ordinance amending the Traffic Control File of the City of North Olmsted by changing the "No Turn on Red at all Times" sign at the Brookpark Road extension westbound at Dover Center Road to read "No Turn on Red Between the Hours of 12:00 Noon to 6:30 P.M., Weekdays", and declaring an emergency. Mr. Musial moved to table; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 94-153 is tabled. Ordinance No. 93-158 introduced by the entire Council was given its third reading. An ordinance providing for the amendment of the Zone Map of the City of North Olmsted by changing the parcels of real property, as hereinafter described, located along Lorain Road, between Stearns Road and the CEI right-of--way, within the City of North Olmsted, from General Retail Business District to Mixed Use "D" District, and further providing for the submission of said amendment to the electors of the City of North Olmsted. Mr. Nashar moved to table; second by Mr. McKay; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 93-158 is tabled. Ordinance No. 93-114 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its third reading. An ordinance amending the Traffic Control File of the City of North Olmsted to provide for the installation of apedestrian-activated signal on Clague Road at Clague Park to provide for the safety of individuals using the park, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Lind moved to table; second by Mr. McKay; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 93-114 is tabled. Ordinance No. 92-102 introduced by Mrs. Saringer was given its third reading. An ordinance creating new and revised Section 1126.02, 1161.12 and 1161.121 of the North Olmsted Zoning Code relating to commercial lighting structures. Mrs. Saringer moved to table; second by Mr. O'Grady; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 92-102 is tabled. Ordinance No. 92-103 introduced by Mrs. Saringer was given its third reading.
