Council Minutes of 12/2/97 Ordinance No. 97-104 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its second reading. An ;~ emergency ordinance enacted by the City of North Olmsted, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, in the matter of the hereinafter described improvement and requests the cooperation of the County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio. (Repair and resurfacing of Barton Road from the Cuyahoga West County Line to Lorain Road.) Ordinance No. 97-105 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1998. Resolution No. 97-106 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its second reading. A resolution accepting the amounts and rates as determined by the Budget Commission and authorizing the necessary tax levies and certifying them to the County Auditor. Mr. Lind moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings; second by Mr. McKay; motion passed unanimously. Mr. Lind moved for adoption; second by Mr. McKay; motion passed unanimously. Resolution No. 97-106 adopted. Resolution No. 97-107 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its second reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for and accept bids for laboratory analytical services to support the Wastewater Treatment Plant, as described in the specifications on file, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 97-108 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its second reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for seal coat surface treatment for various city parking lots in the City of North Olmsted, as per specifications now on file in his office, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 97-109 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An ordinance authorizing the Director of Public Safety to advertise for bids for construction and installation of ADA facilities and all related equipment as well as minor kitchen renovations at North Olmsted's Springvale Golf Course and Ballroom, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 97-112 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its second reading. An ordinance adopting a new Section 1501.1504 entitled "Personal Liability" within Part Fifteen of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio entitled Taxation Code, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 97-113 introduced by Mr. Musial was given its second reading.
