Council Minutes of 9/2/97 ~~ Ordinance No. 97-65 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its third reading. An ordinance amending the traffic control file of the City of North Olmsted by providing for the installation of a stop sign on Ranchview Avenue where the same intersects with Timber Cove, thereby regulating northbound traffic on Ranchview Avenue, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Nashar moved for adoption; second by Mr. Limpert; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 97-65 adopted. Resolution No. 97-69 introduced by Mayor Boyle on behalf of himself and the entire Council was given its third reading. A resolution acknowledging the receipt of notice from the Board of Commissioners of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, establishing a public hearing upon a petition for annexation from Christ the King Church of property located in Olmsted Township, and adopting a statement of the services which the City of North Olmsted will provide to the territory upon annexation, and declaring an emergency. Mr. O'Grady moved for adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously. Resolution No. 97-69 adopted. Ordinance No. 97-36 introduced by Mr. Musial was given its second reading. An ordinance creating a new Chapter 1167 of the Zoning Code of the City of North Olmsted, entitled "Submittal of Development Plans." Mr. Musial moved to table; second by Mr. McKay; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 97-36 is tabled. Resolution No. 97-72 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. A resolution authorizing the Mayor to submit and seek financial assistance from the State Issue 2 Infrastructure Bond Program for funding of various municipal capital infrastructure improvements projects, and declaring an emergency as amended. Ordinance No. 97-73 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An ordinance creating new Chapter 1167 of the Zoning Code of the City of North Olmsted, entitled "Wireless Communication Towers," and amending the following sections of the Zoning Code in order to implement the provisions of said new Chapter 1167: Section 1118.01, 1118.02, 1118.03, 1126.06, 1135.01, 1136.04, 1137.02, 1139.01, 1141.02, 1145.03 and 1149.03. Ordinance No. 97-74 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An ordinance designating a percentage of revenues derived from the lease of city property for commercial antenna sites to the city's Economic Development Fund, as amended, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 97-75 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An ordinance designating a percentage of income tax revenues derived from tax abatement projects to the city's Economic Development Fund, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 97-77 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its second reading. An ordinance creating new Chapter 929 of the Utilities Code of the City of North Olmsted, entitled "Underground Utility and Communications Systems." 7
