Council Minutes of 6/17/97 <br />Ordinance No. 97-40 introduced by Mr. Musial was given its third reading. An ordinance <br />.~-- <br />,,,,,; accepting for dedication the Beaumont Place subdivision which includes Beaumont Dnve <br />(west extension), in the City of North Olmsted. Mr. Musial moved for adoption; second <br />by Mr. McKay; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 97-40 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 97-48 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its third reading. An ordinance <br />adopting a new and revised Section 911.09 entitled "Sewer Connections; Tap-In Permit, <br />Fee and Penalty" of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio. Mr. <br />McKay moved for adoption; second by Mr. Lind; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance <br />No. 97-48 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 97-27 introduced by Mr. Musial was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance adopting a new and revised Chapter 1305 of the Building Code of the City of <br />North Olmsted and declaring an emergency, as amended. Mr. Musial moved for <br />suspension of the rules requiring three readings; second by Mr. McKay; motion passed <br />unanimously. Mr. Musial moved for adoption; second by Mr. McKay; motion passed <br />unanimously. Ordinance No. 97-27 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 97-53 introduced by Mrs. Saringer on behalf of the Mayor and entire <br />Council was given its second reading. A resolution supporting the Community <br />Development Block Grant Program in its efforts to provide local governments with the <br />resources to support community building, neighborhood revitalization and business <br />expansion, and declaring an emergency. Mrs. Saringer moved for suspension of the rule <br />requiring three readings; second by Mr. O'Grady; motion passed unanimously. Mrs. <br />Saringer moved for adoption; second by Mr. O'Grady; motion passed unanimously. <br />Resolution No. 97-53 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 97-54 introduced by Mr. McKay on behalf of the Mayor and entire <br />Council was given its second reading. A resolution opposing the proposed funding cuts <br />by the federal government in airport noise mitigation grants, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 97-56 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. A <br />resolution adopting the budget of the City of North Olmsted for the fiscal year beginning <br />January 1, 1998, and submitting the same to the County Auditor, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 97-57 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. O'Grady. An <br />ordinance amending Section 1135.02 of the Zoning Code entitled "Accessory Uses and <br />Buildings" of Chapter 1135 entitled "One and Two Family Residence District." <br /> <br />5 <br />
