Council Minutes of 5/7/97 <br />Resolution No. 97-35 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its second reading. A resolution <br />authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for 8,000 tons of salt, and <br />authorizing the Mayor to contract for same. <br />Resolution No. 97-37 introduced by Mr. Nashar on behalf of Mayor Boyle, Mr. Limpert <br />and himself was given its second reading. A resolution requesting a review by the State <br />Legislature of Ohio Revised Code 4303.29 as amended, effective November 1, 1994, <br />subject to economic development project and defining specific limitations. <br />Ordinance No. 97-40 introduced by Mr. Musial was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance accepting for dedication the Beaumont Place subdivision which includes <br />Beaumont Drive (west extension), in the City of North Olmsted. <br />Ordinance No. 97-41 introduced by Mr. McKay on behalf of Mayor Boyle was given its <br />second reading. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to <br />enter into a lease agreement with AT&T Wireless Communications for land on which to <br />place a monopole antenna, surrounding complex, fencing, landscaping and related <br />equipment at a designated area of Clague Park. <br />Ordinance No. 97-42 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its second reading. An ordinance <br />providing for the issuance and sale of $200,000 notes, in anticipation of the issuance of <br />bonds, for the purpose of constructing, furnishing, equipping and otherwise improving an <br />addition to the city's Police Station and preparing and improving the site thereof. <br />Ordinance No. 97-43 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its second reading. An ordinance <br />providing for the issuance and sale of $200,000 notes, in anticipation of the issuance of <br />bonds, for the purpose of constructing and reconstructing storm sewers and storm water <br />drainage facilities. <br />Ordinance No. 97-45 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Limpert. An <br />ordinance amending the traffic control file of the City of North Olmsted to provide for the <br />installation of a "No Right Turn on Red" sign at Lorain and Brookpark Roads regulating <br />traffic traveling in a northeasterly direction on Lorain Road and turning in an easterly <br />direction on Brookpark Road, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 97-46 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay on behalf <br />of Mr. Lind. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for one <br />(1) wheel mounted trencher for use in the Service Department, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 97-47 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. An <br />ordinance establishing a fee schedule for applications for tax abatements in the North <br />Olmsted Enterprise Zone, and declaring an emergency. <br />8 <br />i <br />
