Council Minutes of 12/1/98 <br />Ordinance No. 98-100 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An <br />•I' <br />~,,~.. ordinance accepting two storm sewer easements located on property owned by Stone's <br />Throw Ltd., an Ohio Limited Partnership, and designated as Permanent Parcel <br />Nos. 237-21-010 and 237-21-001 on the Cuyahoga County Maps and Records, in <br />connection with the Brookpark to Mastick Road storm sewer project, and declaring an <br />emergency. Mr. McKay moved for suspension of the rule requiring three readings; <br />second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously. Mr. McKay moved for adoption; <br />second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 98-100 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 98-134 introduced by Mr. O'Grady was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance establishing and fixing the compensation for Council-at-Large members for the <br />term of office commencing January 1, 2000 through December 31, 2003. <br />Ordinance No. 98-13 5 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City <br />of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1999, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 98-136 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with Ohio Council 8 and <br />Local 2681 of the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, <br />covering Clerical and Technical employees, and declaring an emergency. Mr. O'Grady <br />moved for suspension of the rule requiring three readings; second by Mr. Limpert; <br />motion passed unanimously. Mr. O'Grady moved for adoption; second by Mr. Limpert; <br />motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 98-136 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 98-137 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with Ohio Council 8 and <br />Local 2681 of the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, <br />covering Service and Wastewater Treatment Plant employees, and declaring an <br />emergency. Mr. O'Grady moved for suspension of the rule requiring three readings; <br />second by Mr. Limpert; motion passed unanimously. Mr. O'Grady moved for adoption; <br />second by Mr. Limpert; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 98-137 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 98-139 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance amending Section 171.06 of Chapter 171 of the Administrative Code, entitled <br />"Community Reinvestment," in order to provide a new procedure and a new fee schedule <br />for the review of tax exemption applications, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 98-140 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance amending Ordinance No. 97-124 which provided for the imposition of a $50 <br />administrative fee upon parents and other guardians of juveniles who violated program <br />guidelines for the Youth Development Program's (YDP) Restitution Project, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />_~ <br />6 <br />
