Council Minutes of 12/1/98 Ordinance No. 98-100 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An •I' ~,,~.. ordinance accepting two storm sewer easements located on property owned by Stone's Throw Ltd., an Ohio Limited Partnership, and designated as Permanent Parcel Nos. 237-21-010 and 237-21-001 on the Cuyahoga County Maps and Records, in connection with the Brookpark to Mastick Road storm sewer project, and declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay moved for suspension of the rule requiring three readings; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously. Mr. McKay moved for adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 98-100 adopted. Ordinance No. 98-134 introduced by Mr. O'Grady was given its second reading. An ordinance establishing and fixing the compensation for Council-at-Large members for the term of office commencing January 1, 2000 through December 31, 2003. An ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1999, and declaring an emergency.
