Council Minutes of 8/4/98 . Ordinance No. 98-80 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of an agreement with the North Olmsted City School District providing for the sharing of certain municipal income tax revenues related to a project to be owned and constructed by Duke Realty Limited Partnership, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 98-81 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Gareau. An ordinance accepting a storm sewer easement located on property owned by L. R. & N. J. Keadey and designated as Permanent Parcel No. 232-02-006 Cuyahoga County Maps and Records said easement shown on Exhibit "A" and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 98-82 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Limpert on behalf of himself and Mr. O'Grady. A resolution calling upon the Ohio Department of Transportation and the Cuyahoga County Engineer to maintain the current schedule for the Crocker-Stearns extension due to the importance of this project for the people of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 98-83 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for replacement of carpeting in various offices at City Hall in the City of North Olmsted as detailed in the specifications on file and authorizing the Mayor to contract for the same, and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 98-84 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for construction and installation of ADA facilities and other improvements at Town Hall as detailed in the plans and specifications on file and authorizing the Mayor to contract for the same, and declaring an emergency. Mr. O'Grady moved for suspension of the rules requiring three reading and committee review; second by Mr. Limpert; motion passed unanimously. Mr. O'Grady moved for adoption; second by Mr. Limpert; motion passed unanimously. Resolution No. 98-84 adopted. Ordinance No. 98-85 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An ordinance creating new and revised Chapter 1901 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio entitled "Fair Housing Code" providing for a Fair Housing Policy consistent with the goals of 42 U.S.C. § 1981 (Civil Rights Act) and 42 U.S.C. § 3601 (Fair Housing Act) and Ohio Rev. Code Ann. § 4112.01 (H) (Fair Housing Act) prohibiting discrimination in all aspects of the sale, rental, and occupancy of dwellings in the City of North Olmsted on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, ancestry, familial status, age, sexual orientation, national origin, or handicap; and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 98-87 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. A resolution authorizing the payment of nine thousand six hundred seventy-five dollars ($9,675.00) to Fabrizi Trucking & Paving Co. for storm sewer work performed at 3565 Walter Road and 4618 Michael Avenue, and declaring an emergency. 8
