Council Minutes of 8/4/98 <br />. Ordinance No. 98-80 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An <br />ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of an agreement with the North <br />Olmsted City School District providing for the sharing of certain municipal income tax <br />revenues related to a project to be owned and constructed by Duke Realty Limited <br />Partnership, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 98-81 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Gareau. An <br />ordinance accepting a storm sewer easement located on property owned by L. R. & N. J. <br />Keadey and designated as Permanent Parcel No. 232-02-006 Cuyahoga County Maps and <br />Records said easement shown on Exhibit "A" and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 98-82 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Limpert on behalf <br />of himself and Mr. O'Grady. A resolution calling upon the Ohio Department of <br />Transportation and the Cuyahoga County Engineer to maintain the current schedule for <br />the Crocker-Stearns extension due to the importance of this project for the people of <br />North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 98-83 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for replacement <br />of carpeting in various offices at City Hall in the City of North Olmsted as detailed in the <br />specifications on file and authorizing the Mayor to contract for the same, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Resolution No. 98-84 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for construction <br />and installation of ADA facilities and other improvements at Town Hall as detailed in the <br />plans and specifications on file and authorizing the Mayor to contract for the same, and <br />declaring an emergency. Mr. O'Grady moved for suspension of the rules requiring three <br />reading and committee review; second by Mr. Limpert; motion passed unanimously. Mr. <br />O'Grady moved for adoption; second by Mr. Limpert; motion passed unanimously. <br />Resolution No. 98-84 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 98-85 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An <br />ordinance creating new and revised Chapter 1901 of the Codified Ordinances of the City <br />of North Olmsted, Ohio entitled "Fair Housing Code" providing for a Fair Housing Policy <br />consistent with the goals of 42 U.S.C. § 1981 (Civil Rights Act) and 42 U.S.C. § 3601 <br />(Fair Housing Act) and Ohio Rev. Code Ann. § 4112.01 (H) (Fair Housing Act) <br />prohibiting discrimination in all aspects of the sale, rental, and occupancy of dwellings in <br />the City of North Olmsted on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, ancestry, familial <br />status, age, sexual orientation, national origin, or handicap; and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 98-87 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. A <br />resolution authorizing the payment of nine thousand six hundred seventy-five dollars <br />($9,675.00) to Fabrizi Trucking & Paving Co. for storm sewer work performed at 3565 <br />Walter Road and 4618 Michael Avenue, and declaring an emergency. <br />8 <br />
