Council Minutes of 12/21/1999 Resolution No. 99-163 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for construction and installation of ADA toilet room facilities and other improvements at Springvale Golf Course and Ballroom as detailed in the plans and specifications on file and authorizing the Mayor to contract for the same, and declaring an emergency as amended. Ordinance No. 99-164 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 2000. Ordinance No. 99-165 introduced by Mr. Gareau was given its second reading. An ordinance amending Chapter 351, entitled "Parking Generally" of the Codified Ordinances, in order to update requirements of handicapped parking signage. Ordinance No. 99-166 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor to enter into an agreement for the sale of surplus real property owned by the City of North Olmsted, consisting of all of one parcel (Permanent Parcel No. 234-26-008) and the westernmost 213 feet of another parcel (Permanent Parcel No. 234-26-O11), both of which parcels are located near the intersection of Windsor Drive and McKenzie Road, North Olmsted, Ohio, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 99-167 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with Browning- Ferris Industries of Ohio, Inc. for a two year extension to the contract for the collection and disposal of solid waste and processing of recyclable materials, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 99-168 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (GCRTA) and the City of North Olmsted providing for a joint operating agreement to provide transit services in accordance with said agreement, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 99-169 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 3 1, 2000.. Ordinance No. 99-170 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. O'Grady.
