Council Minutes of 12/21/1999 <br />Ordinance No. 99-156 introduced by Mr. Gareau was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance repealing Chapter 731, entitled "Motion Pictures and Films" of the Codified <br />Ordinances, in order to avoid redundant and outdated laws. Mr. Gareau moved for <br />adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 99-156 <br />adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 99-157 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance amending Section 12 of Ordinance 98-32 entitled "An Ordinance Establishing <br />Rates of Compensation for Various Administrative and Legislative Personnel, and <br />Declaring an Emergency" so as to provide updated hourly rates for part-time employees <br />in the Park and Recreation Department, and declaring an emergency. Mr. O'Grady <br />moved for adoption; second by Mr. Limpert; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance <br />No. 99-157 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 98-130 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance to amend the Zoning Code to add a new Chapter 1151, "Wireless <br />Telecommunication Facilities Regulations and Wireless Telecommunication Facilities <br />Overlay (WTFO) District." <br />Ordinance No. 98-131 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance providing for the amendment of the Zone Map of the City of North Olmsted in <br />order to supplementally zone the hereinafter described parcels of real property, so as to <br />include them within the new Wireless Telecommunication Facilities Overlay District <br />("WTFO") of the City of North Olmsted as amended. <br />Ordinance No. 99-160 introduced by Mr. McKay on behalf of himself and Mr. Nashar <br />was given its second reading. An emergency ordinance enacted by the City of North <br />Olmsted, Cuyahoga County, Ohio hereinafter referred to as the Municipality, in the <br />matter of the hereinafter described improvement and requests the cooperation of the <br />County of Cuyahoga by its Board of County Commissioners, hereinafter referred to as <br />the County. (Stearns Road from the city south corporation line to I-480) <br />Ordinance No. 99-161 introduced by Mr. O'Grady was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into contracts for the deposit of public monies <br />with the institutions designated by Council as depositories for the active and interim <br />account of the city as amended. <br />Ordinance No. 99-162 introduced by Mr. Limpert was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance amending the Traffic Control File of the City of North Olmsted to provide for <br />the installation of a "No Turn on Red" (R-23-24) sign with a supplementary legend " 3 <br />p.m. to 6 p.m. School Days" at the intersection of Mill Road and Porter Road for traffic <br />traveling in a westerly direction on Mill Road and turning north onto Porter Road and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />9 <br />I I <br />
