Council Minutes of 12/21/1999 Ordinance No. 99-156 introduced by Mr. Gareau was given its third reading. An ordinance repealing Chapter 731, entitled "Motion Pictures and Films" of the Codified Ordinances, in order to avoid redundant and outdated laws. Mr. Gareau moved for adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 99-156 adopted. Ordinance No. 99-157 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its third reading. An ordinance amending Section 12 of Ordinance 98-32 entitled "An Ordinance Establishing Rates of Compensation for Various Administrative and Legislative Personnel, and Declaring an Emergency" so as to provide updated hourly rates for part-time employees in the Park and Recreation Department, and declaring an emergency. Mr. O'Grady moved for adoption; second by Mr. Limpert; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 99-157 adopted. Ordinance No. 98-130 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An ordinance to amend the Zoning Code to add a new Chapter 1151, "Wireless Telecommunication Facilities Regulations and Wireless Telecommunication Facilities Overlay (WTFO) District." Ordinance No. 98-131 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An ordinance providing for the amendment of the Zone Map of the City of North Olmsted in order to supplementally zone the hereinafter described parcels of real property, so as to include them within the new Wireless Telecommunication Facilities Overlay District ("WTFO") of the City of North Olmsted as amended. Ordinance No. 99-160 introduced by Mr. McKay on behalf of himself and Mr. Nashar was given its second reading. An emergency ordinance enacted by the City of North Olmsted, Cuyahoga County, Ohio hereinafter referred to as the Municipality, in the matter of the hereinafter described improvement and requests the cooperation of the County of Cuyahoga by its Board of County Commissioners, hereinafter referred to as the County. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into contracts for the deposit of public monies with the institutions designated by Council as depositories for the active and interim account of the city as amended. Ordinance No. 99-162 introduced by Mr. Limpert was given its second reading. An ordinance amending the Traffic Control File of the City of North Olmsted to provide for the installation of a "No Turn on Red" (R-23-24) sign with a supplementary legend " 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. School Days" at the intersection of Mill Road and Porter Road for traffic traveling in a westerly direction on Mill Road and turning north onto Porter Road and declaring an emergency. 9 I I
