Council Minutes of 12/7/1999 <br />Ordinance No. 99-158 introduced by Mr. O'Grady was given its second reading. An <br />h., ordinance to make and transfer appropriations for current expenses and other <br />expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1999 as <br />amended. Mr. O'Grady moved to suspend the rule requiring three readings and noted <br />that it had been to committee. The motion was seconded by Mr. Limpert and <br />unanimously approved. Mr. O'Grady moved for adoption; second by Mr. Limpert; <br />motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 99-158 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 99-160 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay on <br />behalf of himself and Mr. Nashar. An emergency ordinance enacted by the City of North <br />Olmsted, Cuyahoga County, Ohio hereinafter referred to as the Municipality, in the <br />matter of the hereinafter described improvement and requests the cooperation of the <br />County of Cuyahoga by its Board of County Commissioners, hereinafter referred to as <br />the County. (Stearns Road from the city south corporation line to I-480) <br />Ordinance No. 99-161 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. O'Grady. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into contracts for the deposit of public monies <br />with the institutions designated by Council as depositories for the active and interim <br />account of the city. <br />Ordinance No. 99-162 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Limpert. An <br />ordinance amending the Traffic Control File of the City of North Olmsted to provide for <br />the installation of a "No Turn on Red" (R-23-24) sign with a supplementary legend " 3 <br />p.m. to 6 p.m. School Days" at the intersection of Mill Road and Porter Road for traffic <br />traveling in a westerly direction on Mill Road and turning north onto Porter Road and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 99-163 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for construction <br />and installation of ADA toilet room facilities and other improvements at Springvale <br />Country Club and Ballroom as detailed in the plans and specifications on file and <br />authorizing the Mayor to contract for the same, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 99-164 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An <br />ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the <br />City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 2000. <br />Ordinance No. 99-165 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Gareau. An <br />ordinance amending Chapter 351, entitled "Parking Generally" of the Codified <br />Ordinances, in order to update requirements of handicapped parking signage. <br />Ordinance No. 99-166 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An <br />ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor to enter into an agreement for the sale of <br />surplus real property owned by the City of North Olmsted, consisting of all of one parcel <br />(Permanent Parcel No. 234-26-008) and the westernmost 213 feet of another parcel <br />.- (Permanent Parcel No. 234-26-011), both of which parcels are located near the <br />17 <br />
