Council Minutes of 9/21/99 <br />Resolution No. 99-115 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for 5,000 tons <br />of asphalt and tack coating of city streets, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, <br />and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 99-116 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for 5,000 tons <br />of stone for various Service Department needs, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for <br />same, and declaring an emergency as amended. <br />Resolution No. 99-117 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for pulva- <br />mixing on various streets in the City of North Olmsted, as per specifications now on file <br />in his office, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Resolution No. 99-118 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for cracksealing <br />on various streets in the City of North Olmsted, as per specifications now on file in his <br />office, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 99-119 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for partial depth <br />concrete joint repair on various streets, in the City of North Olmsted, as per specifications <br />now on file in his office, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring <br />an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 99-120 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for diesel fuel <br />and gasoline products for use by the City of North Olmsted, as per specifications now on <br />file in his office, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Resolution No. 99-121 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the <br />collection of all refuse in the City of North Olmsted, as per specifications now on file in <br />his office, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 99-123 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance amending the Traffic Control File of the City of North Olmsted by providing <br />for the installation of a "No Parking Fire Lane" sign with an arrow pointing west on the <br />property line extension between 26646 and 26670 Sweetbriar Drive; and a "No Parking <br />Fire Lane" sign with an arrow pointing east in front of 26653 Sweetbriar Drive opposite <br />the previously mentioned sign, and declaring an emergency as amended. <br />14 <br />
