Council Minutes of 9/21/99 <br />Ordinance No. 99-124 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement <br />with Molter & Meadows Architects to provide architectural services for the design of <br />Springvale ADA improvements and declaring an emergency. Mr. O'Grady moved for <br />suspension of the rule requiring three readings; second by Mr. Limpert; motion passed <br />unanimously. Mr. O'Grady moved for adoption; second by Mr. Limpert; motion passed <br />unanimously. Ordinance No. 99-124 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 99-127 introduced by Mr. McKay on behalf of himself and Mr. Gareau <br />was given its second reading. An ordinance providing for the amendment of the Zone <br />Map of the City of North Olmsted by changing the hereinafter described parcels of real <br />property located on Kennedy Ridge Road, from Mixed Use District to Single Family <br />Cluster District. <br />Resolution No. 99-128 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Mayor to submit and seek financial assistance from the State <br />Issue 2 Infrastructure Bond Program for funding of various municipal capital <br />infrastructure improvements projects, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 99-129 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. O'Grady. A <br />resolution directing the Auditor of Cuyahoga County to pay to the City of North Olmsted, <br />Ohio, during the year 2000, all money due and owing said city from any collection <br />source. <br />Ordinance No. 99-130 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Miller. An <br />ordinance amending Section 927.06 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North <br />Olmsted, entitled "Stormwater Channel Erosion Control Standards," and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 99-131 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Limpert on <br />behalf of the entire Council. An ordinance to revise the Codified Ordinances by adopting <br />current replacement pages, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Limpert moved for <br />suspension of the rules requiring three readings and committee review; second by Mr. <br />Gareau; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 99-131 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 99-132 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Safety to advertise for bids for an <br />emergency rescue vehicle, equipment and accessories to be used by the North Olmsted <br />Fire Department and authorizing the Mayor to contract for the same and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />15 <br /> <br />
