Council Minutes of 9/21/99 Ordinance No. 99-124 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement with Molter & Meadows Architects to provide architectural services for the design of Springvale ADA improvements and declaring an emergency. Mr. O'Grady moved for suspension of the rule requiring three readings; second by Mr. Limpert; motion passed unanimously. Mr. O'Grady moved for adoption; second by Mr. Limpert; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 99-124 adopted. Ordinance No. 99-127 introduced by Mr. McKay on behalf of himself and Mr. Gareau was given its second reading. An ordinance providing for the amendment of the Zone Map of the City of North Olmsted by changing the hereinafter described parcels of real property located on Kennedy Ridge Road, from Mixed Use District to Single Family Cluster District. Resolution No. 99-128 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. A resolution authorizing the Mayor to submit and seek financial assistance from the State Issue 2 Infrastructure Bond Program for funding of various municipal capital infrastructure improvements projects, and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 99-129 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. O'Grady. A resolution directing the Auditor of Cuyahoga County to pay to the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, during the year 2000, all money due and owing said city from any collection source. Ordinance No. 99-130 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Miller. An ordinance amending Section 927.06 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, entitled "Stormwater Channel Erosion Control Standards," and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 99-131 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Limpert on behalf of the entire Council. An ordinance to revise the Codified Ordinances by adopting current replacement pages, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Limpert moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings and committee review; second by Mr. Gareau; motion passed unanimously. Mr. Limpert moved for adoption; second by Mr. Gareau; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 99-131 adopted. Resolution No. 99-132 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Safety to advertise for bids for an emergency rescue vehicle, equipment and accessories to be used by the North Olmsted Fire Department and authorizing the Mayor to contract for the same and declaring an emergency. 15
