Council Minutes of 3/2/99 <br />~ Resolution No. 99-26 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for paint <br />striping of streets at various locations in the City of North Olmsted as detailed in the <br />specifications on file and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an <br />emergency. (The resolution was assigned to the Streets & Drainage Committee.) <br />Resolution No. 99-27 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for pavement <br />improvements in Woodview Drive as detailed in the plans and specifications on file and <br />authorizing the Mayor to contract for the same, and declaring an emergency. (The <br />resolution was assigned to the Streets & Drainage Committee.) <br />Resolution No. 99-28 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay on <br />behalf of himself and Mr. Nashar. A resolution requesting the Ohio Department of <br />Transportation to improve Lorain Road, State Route 10, from the west corporation line to <br />the east corporation line by resurfacing and curb and catch basin repair, and declaring an <br />emergency. (The resolution was assigned to the Streets & Drainage Committee.) <br />Ordinance No. 99-29 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An <br />ordinance to transfer funds from the Bus Fund to the General Fund in the amount of <br />$120,153 for materials and parts reimbursement funds received from the Greater <br />Cleveland Regional Transit Authority in the 1995 and 1996 annual audits of the North <br />Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, in which these materials and parts were owned by the City <br />of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. (The ordinance was assigned to the <br />Finance Committee.) <br />Ordinance No. 99-30 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An <br />ordinance establishing an account in the Wastewater Treatment Plant Fund of the City of <br />North Olmsted for the purpose of improving the city's sanitary sewer system by <br />constructing and reconstructing storm sewers and other storm water drainage facilities <br />and improvements to control and limit the volume of storm water entering or otherwise <br />affecting the sanitary sewerage system and declaring an emergency. (The ordinance was <br />assigned to the Finance Committee.) <br />Ordinance No. 99-31 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay. An <br />emergency ordinance enacted by the City of North Olmsted, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, in <br />the matter of the hereinafter described improvement and to request cooperation by the <br />Director of Transportation. (Upgrade signing on Interstate 480.) (The ordinance was <br />assigned to the Streets & Drainage Committee.) <br />Ordinance No. 99-32 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An <br />ordinance to establish within the Special Revenue Fund Group a "Community Diversion <br />Fund" of the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency.
