Council Minutes of 11/21/2000 Ordinance No. 2000-145 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its third reading. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the Senior Workers' Action Program/Senior Community Service Employment Progam wherein said Senior Workers' Action Program/Senior Community Employment Program shall act as a host agency in partnership with North Olmsted City Schools, and declaring an emergency. Mrs. Kasler moved for adoption; second by Mr. Miller; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 2000-145 adopted. Ordinance No. 99-113 introduced by Councilman Miller was given its second reading as amended. An ordinance amending Section 1119.01 of the North Olmsted Zoning Code, entitled "Building Permit Required," in order to prohibit commercial and new residential developers from obtaining building permits for real property development when real property taxes are due and owing, as thrice amended. Resolution No. 2000-147 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for 5,000 tons of stone for various Service Department needs, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 2000-148 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for maximum of 35,000 gallons of sodium aluminate for atwelve-month period, for use by the Wastewater Treatment Plant, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency as amended. Resolution No. 2000-149 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for 5,000 tons of asphalt and tack coating of city streets, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 2000-150 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An ordinance to make and transfer appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 2000 as amended. An emergency ordinance enacted by the City of North Olmsted, Cuyahoga County, Ohio hereinafter referred to as the MUNICIPALITY, in the matter of the hereinafter described improvement and requests the cooperation of the County of Cuyahoga by its Board of County Commissioners, hereinafter referred to as the COUNTY.
