Council Minutes of 11/21/2000 <br />Ordinance No. 2000-145 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the Senior Workers' <br />Action Program/Senior Community Service Employment Progam wherein said Senior <br />Workers' Action Program/Senior Community Employment Program shall act as a host <br />agency in partnership with North Olmsted City Schools, and declaring an emergency. <br />Mrs. Kasler moved for adoption; second by Mr. Miller; motion passed unanimously. <br />Ordinance No. 2000-145 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 99-113 introduced by Councilman Miller was given its second reading as <br />amended. An ordinance amending Section 1119.01 of the North Olmsted Zoning Code, <br />entitled "Building Permit Required," in order to prohibit commercial and new residential <br />developers from obtaining building permits for real property development when real <br />property taxes are due and owing, as thrice amended. <br />Resolution No. 2000-147 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for 5,000 tons <br />of stone for various Service Department needs, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for <br />same, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 2000-148 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for maximum <br />of 35,000 gallons of sodium aluminate for atwelve-month period, for use by the <br />Wastewater Treatment Plant, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and <br />declaring an emergency as amended. <br />Resolution No. 2000-149 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for 5,000 tons <br />of asphalt and tack coating of city streets, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, <br />and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2000-150 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance to make and transfer appropriations for current expenses and other <br />expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 2000 as <br />amended. Mr. McKay moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings; second <br />by Mr. Limpert; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 2000-150 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 2000-151 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An <br />emergency ordinance enacted by the City of North Olmsted, Cuyahoga County, Ohio <br />hereinafter referred to as the MUNICIPALITY, in the matter of the hereinafter described <br />improvement and requests the cooperation of the County of Cuyahoga by its Board of <br />County Commissioners, hereinafter referred to as the COUNTY.
