The motion passed unanimously. Councilman <br />O'Grady moved to adopt. The motion was seconded by Councilman Limpert and passed <br />unanimously. Ordinance No. 2000-146 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 2000-147 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. <br />A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for 5,000 <br />tons of stone for various Service Department needs, and authorizing the Mayor to <br />contract for same, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 2000-148 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. <br />A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for maximum <br />of 35,000 gallons of sodium aluminate per each twelve-month period, for use by the <br />Wastewater Treatment Plant, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 2000-149 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. <br />A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for 5,000 <br />tons of asphalt and tack coating of city streets, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for <br />same, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2000-150 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. <br />An ordinance to make and transfer appropriations for current expenses and other <br />expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 2000. <br />Ordinance No. 2000-151 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. <br />An emergency ordinance enacted by the City of North Olmsted, Cuyahoga County, Ohio <br />hereinafter referred to as the MUNICIPALITY, in the matter of the hereinafter described <br />improvement and requests the cooperation of the County of Cuyahoga by its Board of <br />County Commissioners, hereinafter referred to as the COUNTY. (Repair and resurfacing <br />of Clague Road from Lorain Road to the North Olmsted north corporation line.) <br />Ordinance No. 2000-152 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. <br />An ordinance authorizing the Director of Public Service to make emergency repairs on <br />the final Clarifier Mechanism at the Wastewater Treatment Plant, with out public <br />bidding, and declaring an emergency. Councilman McKay moved to suspend the rules <br />requiring three readings and committee review; second by Councilman Miller; passed <br />unanimously. Councilman McKay moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by <br />Councilman Miller and passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 2000-152 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 2000-153 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. <br />A resolution for the time-capsule burial on November 'l0, 2000 in front of Old Town <br />Hall. Councilman Gareau moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings and <br />committee review; second by Councilman O'Grady; passed unanimously. Councilman <br />Gareau moved to adopt.
