Council Minutes of 6/6/2000 <br />Ordinance No. 2000-50 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance accepting a sanitary sewer pump station and force main easement located on <br />property owned by Moen Incorporated, and designated as Permanent Parcel Nos. 236-11- <br />18 and 236-12-10 on the Cuyahoga County Maps and Records, and declaring an <br />emergency. Mr. Nashar moved for adoption; second by Mr. Limpert; motion passed <br />unanimously. Ordinance No. 2000-50 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 2000-31 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance amending the Traffic Control File of the City of North Olmsted to provide for <br />the addition of the words "Between the Hours of 7 a.m. and 9 p.m." on the existing sign <br />at the intersection of Great Northern Boulevard and Lorain Road, which prohibits right <br />turns on red from Great Northern Boulevard onto Lorain Road, so as to prohibit such <br />right turns on red only during the hours of 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. as amended. Mr. Nashar <br />moved for suspension of the rule requiring three readings; second by Mr. Miller; motion <br />passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 2000-31 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 2000-32 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract for the purchase of real property <br />on the north side of Bradley Road to be used for municipal purposes, as amended. <br />Ordinance No. 2000-51 introduced by Mr. Gareau was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance accepting a storm sewer easement located on property owned by the North <br />5~}# <br />~r Olmsted Board of Education and designated as Permanent Parcel No. 234-15-004 in <br />Cuyahoga County Maps and Records, said easement shown on Exhibit "C" and declaring <br />an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2000-52 introduced by Mr. Gareau was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance accepting a storm sewer easement located on property owned by the North <br />Olmsted Board of Education and designated as Permanent Parcel No. 234-15-017 in <br />Cuyahoga County Maps and Records, said easement shown on Exhibit "C" and declaring <br />an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2000-53 introduced by Mr. Gareau was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance accepting a storm sewer easement located on property owned by Joseph M. <br />and Dorothy Dickey and designated as Permanent Parcel No. 234-16-003 in Cuyahoga <br />County Maps and Records, said easement shown on Exhibit "C" and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2000-54 introduced by Mr. Gareau was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance accepting a storm sewer easement located on property owned by Lawrence J. <br />& Lauren J. Phillips and designated as Permanent Parcel No. 234-16-016 in Cuyahoga <br />County Maps and Records, said easement shown on Exhibit "C" and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />20 <br />
