Council Minutes of 5/16/2000 ,,„,, Ordinance No. 2000-38 introduced by Mr. McKay on behalf of Mayor Musial was given ~,,, its third reading. An ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement with Great Lakes Billing Associates, Inc., to provide billing and collection services for the non-resident charges for rendering emergency medical services and ambulance transportation by the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay moved for adoption; second by Mr. O'Grady; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 2000-38 adopted. Ordinance No. 99-54 introduced by Mayor Musial, Mr. O'Grady, Mrs. Kasler and Mr. McKay was given its second reading. An ordinance creating new Chapter 177 of the Administrative Code of the City of North Olmsted entitled, "Project Labor Agreements" providing for Project Labor Agreements to be evaluated, negotiated and adhered to in the course of certain city building and other improvement projects, and declaring an emergency as amended. Ordinance No. 2000-40 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement with Timothy J. Norris & Associates to provide engineering services for the design of replacement lighting for Ball Diamond No. 2 at North Olmsted Park and declaring an emergency. ~, Ordinance No. 2000-41 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement with Chagrin Valley Engineering, Ltd. to provide engineering services for the design of site improvements at North Olmsted Park including tennis courts, basketball courts, shuffleboard courts, lighting, water lines, driveway and parking lot, and walking path improvements and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 2000-50 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its second reading. An ordinance accepting a sanitary sewer pump station and force main easement located on property owned by Moen Incorporated, and designated as Permanent Parcel Nos. 236-11- 18 and 236-12-10 on the Cuyahoga County Maps and Records, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 2000-51 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Gareau. An ordinance accepting a storm sewer easement located on property owned by the North Olmsted Board of Education and designated as Permanent Parcel No. 234-15-004 in Cuyahoga County Maps and Records, said easement shown on Exhibit "C" and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 2000-52 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Gareau. An ordinance accepting a storm sewer easement located on property owned by the North Olmsted Board of Education and designated as Permanent Parcel No. 234-15-017 in Cuyahoga County Maps and Records, said easement shown on Exhibit "C" and declaring an emergency. 15
