Council Minutes of 5/16/2000 <br />,,„,, Ordinance No. 2000-38 introduced by Mr. McKay on behalf of Mayor Musial was given <br />~,,, its third reading. An ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor of the City of North <br />Olmsted to enter into an agreement with Great Lakes Billing Associates, Inc., to provide <br />billing and collection services for the non-resident charges for rendering emergency <br />medical services and ambulance transportation by the City of North Olmsted, and <br />declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay moved for adoption; second by Mr. O'Grady; <br />motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 2000-38 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 99-54 introduced by Mayor Musial, Mr. O'Grady, Mrs. Kasler and Mr. <br />McKay was given its second reading. An ordinance creating new Chapter 177 of the <br />Administrative Code of the City of North Olmsted entitled, "Project Labor Agreements" <br />providing for Project Labor Agreements to be evaluated, negotiated and adhered to in the <br />course of certain city building and other improvement projects, and declaring an <br />emergency as amended. <br />Ordinance No. 2000-40 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement <br />with Timothy J. Norris & Associates to provide engineering services for the design of <br />replacement lighting for Ball Diamond No. 2 at North Olmsted Park and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />~, <br />Ordinance No. 2000-41 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement <br />with Chagrin Valley Engineering, Ltd. to provide engineering services for the design of <br />site improvements at North Olmsted Park including tennis courts, basketball courts, <br />shuffleboard courts, lighting, water lines, driveway and parking lot, and walking path <br />improvements and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2000-50 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance accepting a sanitary sewer pump station and force main easement located on <br />property owned by Moen Incorporated, and designated as Permanent Parcel Nos. 236-11- <br />18 and 236-12-10 on the Cuyahoga County Maps and Records, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2000-51 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Gareau. An <br />ordinance accepting a storm sewer easement located on property owned by the North <br />Olmsted Board of Education and designated as Permanent Parcel No. 234-15-004 in <br />Cuyahoga County Maps and Records, said easement shown on Exhibit "C" and declaring <br />an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2000-52 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Gareau. An <br />ordinance accepting a storm sewer easement located on property owned by the North <br />Olmsted Board of Education and designated as Permanent Parcel No. 234-15-017 in <br />Cuyahoga County Maps and Records, said easement shown on Exhibit "C" and declaring <br />an emergency. <br />15 <br />
