Council Minutes of 5/lb/2000 ,,~,,, Ordinance No. 2000-53 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Gareau. An ,,, ordinance accepting a storm sewer easement located on property owned by Joseph M. and Dorothy Dickey and designated as Permanent Parcel No. 234-16-003 in Cuyahoga County Maps and Records, said easement shown on Exhibit "C" and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 2000-54 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Gareau. An ordinance accepting a storm sewer easement located on property owned by Lawrence J. & Lauren J. Phillips and designated as Permanent Parcel No. 234-16-016 in Cuyahoga County Maps and Records, said easement shown on Exhibit "C" and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 2000-55 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Gareau. An ordinance accepting a storm sewer easement located on property owned by Veronica L. & Edward J. Zak and designated as Permanent Parcel No. 234-16-002 in Cuyahoga County Maps and Records, said easement shown on Exhibit "C" and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 2000-56 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement with Sandhu & Associates, Inc. to provide engineering services for the design of HVAC improvements for the offices and lobby of the Recreation Center and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 2000-57 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of a Community Reinvestment Area (CRA) Tax Exemption Agreement between the City of North Olmsted and Duke-Weeks Realty Corporation, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 2000-58 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of an agreement with the North Olmsted City School District providing for the sharing of certain municipal income tax revenues related to a project to be constructed and owned by Duke-Weeks Realty Corporation, and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 2000-59 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial on behalf of himself and the entire Council. A consent resolution authorizing the transfer of control of the cable television franchise and declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings and committee review; second by Mr. Limpert; motion passed unanimously.
