An <br />,,, ordinance accepting a storm sewer easement located on property owned by Joseph M. <br />and Dorothy Dickey and designated as Permanent Parcel No. 234-16-003 in Cuyahoga <br />County Maps and Records, said easement shown on Exhibit "C" and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2000-54 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Gareau. An <br />ordinance accepting a storm sewer easement located on property owned by Lawrence J. <br />& Lauren J. Phillips and designated as Permanent Parcel No. 234-16-016 in Cuyahoga <br />County Maps and Records, said easement shown on Exhibit "C" and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2000-55 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Gareau. An <br />ordinance accepting a storm sewer easement located on property owned by Veronica L. <br />& Edward J. Zak and designated as Permanent Parcel No. 234-16-002 in Cuyahoga <br />County Maps and Records, said easement shown on Exhibit "C" and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2000-56 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement <br />with Sandhu & Associates, Inc. to provide engineering services for the design of HVAC <br />improvements for the offices and lobby of the Recreation Center and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2000-57 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An <br />ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of a Community Reinvestment Area <br />(CRA) Tax Exemption Agreement between the City of North Olmsted and Duke-Weeks <br />Realty Corporation, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2000-58 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An <br />ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of an agreement with the North <br />Olmsted City School District providing for the sharing of certain municipal income tax <br />revenues related to a project to be constructed and owned by Duke-Weeks Realty <br />Corporation, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 2000-59 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial on <br />behalf of himself and the entire Council. A consent resolution authorizing the transfer of <br />control of the cable television franchise and declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay moved <br />for suspension of the rules requiring three readings and committee review; second by Mr. <br />Limpert; motion passed unanimously. Mr. McKay moved for adoption; second by Mr. <br />Limpert; motion passed unanimously. Resolution No. 2000-59 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 2000-60 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. O'Grady. An <br />ordinance approving the final draft Solid Waste Management Plan Update 2001-2015 of <br />the Cuyahoga County Solid Waste Management District, and declaring an emergency. <br />16 <br />
