Council Minutes of 3/8/2000 <br />Ordinance No. 2000-9 introduced by Mr. Miller was given its third reading. An <br />w, ordinance amending the Traffic Control File of the City of North Olmsted and Ordinance <br />No. 86-30 to replace the existing "No Turn on Red" (R-23-24) sign with a new "No Turn <br />on Red" (R-23-34) sign that includes the supplementary legend "7 a.m. to 8 p.m." at the <br />intersection of Dover Center Road and Brookpark extension for traffic traveling in a <br />westerly direction on Brookpark extension and turning north onto Dover Center Road and <br />declaring an emergency. Mr. Miller moved for adoption; second by Mrs. Kasler; motion <br />passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 2000-9 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 2000-10 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its third reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Safety to advertise for bids for printing of <br />the Spring/Summer and Autumn/Winter North Olmsted Parks and Recreation <br />Department brochure, as per specifications now on file in his office, and authorizing the <br />Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Limpert moved for <br />adoption; second by Mr. Gareau; motion passed unanimously. Resolution No. 2000-10 <br />adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 2000-11 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance to establish a "Selective Traffic Enforcement Program" Fund of the City of <br />North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay moved for adoption; second by <br />Mr. Limpert; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 2000-11 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 99-106 introduced by Mr. Miller was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance creating new Section 1139.12 of the North Olmsted Zoning Code regulating <br />the location of free-standing industrialized units on commercial property, as twice <br />amended. <br />Ordinance No. 2000-12 introduced by the Mayor and entire Council was given its second <br />reading. An ordinance creating new and revised Chapter 1163 of the Zoning Code of the <br />City of North Olmsted, entitled "Signs" as amended. <br />Ordinance No. 2000-14 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance establishing the compensation and benefits to be paid to all part-time hourly <br />employees employed by the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2000-15 introduced by Mr. Miller was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance amending the Traffic Control File of the City of North Olmsted to provide for <br />the installation of a "No Turn on Red" (R-23-24) sign with a supplementary legend "7 <br />a.m. to 8 p.m." at the intersection of Mill Road and Dover Center Road for traffic <br />traveling in an easterly direction on Mill Road and turning south onto Dover Center <br />Road and declaring an emergency as amended. <br /> <br />9 <br />
