Council Minutes of 2/15/2000 <br />Ordinance No. 2000-7 introduced by Mr. Gareau was given its third reading. An <br />"'~ ordinance accepting a storm sewer easement located on property owned by the Cleveland <br />Electric Illuminating Company and designated as Permanent Parcel No. 234-09-007 and <br />234-09-008 on the Cuyahoga County Maps and Records, said easement shown on Exhibit <br />"A" and described in Exhibit "B" and declaring an emergency. Mr. Gareau moved for <br />adoption; second by Mrs. Kasler; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 2000-7 <br />adopted. <br />Resolution No. 2000-8 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its third reading A <br />resolution expressing the City of North Olmsted's commitment to participate and <br />cooperate in the taking of the year 2000 decennial census. Mrs. Kasler moved for <br />adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously. Resolution No. 2000-8 <br />adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 99-113 introduced by Mr. Miller was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance amending Section 1119.01 of the North Olmsted Zoning Code, entitled <br />"Building Permit Required," in order to prohibit commercial and new residential <br />developers from obtaining building permits for real property development when real <br />property taxes are due and owing, as amended. <br />Ordinance No. 2000-2 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance to transfer funds from the Bus Fund to the General Fund in the amount of <br />$32,411 for materials and parts reimbursement funds received from the Greater <br />Cleveland Regional Transit Authority in the 1997 and 1998 annual audits of the North <br />Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, in which these materials and parts were owned by the City <br />of North Olmsted and declaring an emergency as amended. <br />Ordinance No. 2000-9 introduced by Mr. Miller was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance amending the Traffic Control File of the City of North Olmsted and Ordinance <br />No. 86-30 to replace the existing "No Turn on Red" (R-23-24) sign with a new "No Turn <br />on Red" (R-23-34) sign that includes the supplementary legend "7 a.m. to 8 p.m." at the <br />intersection of Dover Center Road and Brookpark extension for traffic traveling in a <br />westerly direction on Brookpark extension and turning north onto Dover Center Road and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 2000-10 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Safety to advertise for bids for printing of <br />the Spring/Summer and Autumn/Winter North Olmsted Parks and Recreation <br />Department brochure, as per specifications now on file in his office, and authorizing the <br />Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2000-11 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance to establish a "Selective Traffic Enforcement Program" Fund of the City of <br />North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. <br /> <br />10 <br />
