Council Minutes of 12/3/20(11 <br />money rather than the old way of taking it to the landfill. Roll call continued: Dailey, <br />yes; Kasler, yes; Miller, yes; Nashar, yes; O'Grady, yes. The motion passed <br />unanimously. Resolution No. 2001-147 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 2001-148 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. <br />An ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an <br />agreement with Bowker & Associates, Inc, to provide professional services as an odor <br />control systems consultant for evaluating the Wastewater Treatment Plant odor control <br />groups and for recommending new operations monitoring equipment, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Resolution No. 2001-149 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilman <br />McKay. A resolution directing the Auditor of Cuyahoga County to pay to the City of <br />North Olmsted, Ohio, during the year 2002, all money due and owing said city from any <br />collection source. <br />Ordinance No. 2001-150 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. <br />An ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the <br />year ending December 31, 2002. <br />Ordinance No. 2001-151 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. <br />An ordinance to make and transfer appropriations for current expenses and other <br />expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 2001. <br />Ordinance No. 2001-152 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial <br />who noted this ordinance and the others to follow had been discussed during the caucus. <br />An ordinance declaring the necessity and intention of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to <br />appropriate portions of certain parcels of real property abutting Claque Road at or near its <br />intersection with Lorain Road for the purpose of widening Claque Road at and near its <br />intersection with Lorain Road, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Limpert moved <br />for suspension of the rule requiring three readings. The motion was seconded by <br />Councilman O'Grady and passed unanimously. Councilman Limpert moved for <br />adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman O'Grady and passed unanimously. <br />Ordinance No. 2001-152 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 2001-153 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. <br />An ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract for the purchase of a portion <br />of the property located at 23345 Lorain Road, North Olmsted, Ohio, (Permanent Parcel <br />No. 237-9-1) for the purpose of widening Claque Road, and declaring an emergency. <br />Councilman Limpert moved for suspension of the rule requiring three readings. The <br />motion was seconded by Councilman O'Grady and passed unanimously. Councilman <br />Limpert moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman McKay and <br />passed unanimously.
