Council Minutes of 11/7/2001 Resolution No. 2001-120 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its third reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for improvements at the Clague Road and Lorain Road iirtersection as detailed in the plans and specifications on file and authorizing the Mayor to contract for the same and declaring an emergency. Councilman McKay moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Dailey and passed unanimously. Resolution No. 2001-120 adopted. Ordinance No. 2001-121 introduced by Councilman Dailey on behalf of himself, Councilman O'Grady and the Mayor was given its third reading. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement with Traff--Pro Consultants, Inc. to provide design of an in-roadway warning light system in Clague Road at the Clague Park driveway and declaring an emergency. Councilman Dailey moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman O'Grady and passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 2001-121 adopted. Ordinance No. 2001-123 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its third reading. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement, modifying the present contract between the city and Came Skall Tipton, relating to the services she renders to the city as a gymnastics and exercise instructor at the North Olmsted Recreation Center, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Limpert moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Council Miller and passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 2001-123 adopted. Ordinance No. 2001-122 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading as amended. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to emer imo a contract with 3eff Marshall to provide services to the city as the Coordinator of Ice Skating at the North Olmsted Recreation Center, and declaring an emergency as amended. Resolution No. 2001-132 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for 5,000 tons of asphalt and tack coating of city streets, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 2001-133 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for cracksealing on various streets in the City of North Olmsted, as per specifications now on file in his office, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 2001-134 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial.
