Council Minutes of 11/7/2001 <br />Resolution No. 2001-135 was introduced and placexl on first reading by Mayor Musial. <br />A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for partial <br />depth concrete }oint repair on various streets in the City of North Olmsted, as per <br />specifications now on file in his office, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, <br />and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 2001-136 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. <br />A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for pulva- <br />mixing on various streets in the City of North Olmst~, as per specifications now on file <br />in his office, and authorizing the Mayor to cornract for same, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2001-137 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. <br />An emergency ordinance enacted by the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga, <br />Ohio, in the matter of the hereinafter described improvement. (Pavement surface <br />treatment to Columbia Road from Lorain Road to the north corporation line.) <br />Resolution No. 2001-138 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. <br />A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for 5,000 <br />tons of stone for various Service Department needs, and authorizing the Mayor to <br />contract for same, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 2001-139 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. <br />A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Services to advertise for bids for a <br />maximum of 35,000 gallons of sodium aluminate for each twelve-momh period, for use <br />by the Wastewater Treatment Plant, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2001-140 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilman <br />Miller on behalf of himself and Councilman McKay. An ordinance amending the Traffic <br />Control File of the City of North Olmsted by providing for the installation of "No <br />Parking" signs on Coe and Elm Roads near the intersection of Coe and Elm Roads, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 2001-141 was irnroduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. <br />A resolution authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to erner into a modified <br />agreement with Morton International Salt Company providing the city with 8,000 tons of <br />salt far the winter season of 2001-2002, and declaring an emergency. Councilman <br />O'Grady moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings and committee <br />review.
