Council Minutes of 10/2/2001 <br />Councilman Limpert; motion passed unanimously. Councilman McKay moved for <br />adoption; second by Councilman Limpert; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance <br />No. 2001-85 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 2001-100 introduced by Councilwoman Kasler was given its second <br />reading. An ordinance authorizing and directing Don Copeland, Director of the <br />Department of Human Resources, to make application on behalf of the City of North <br />Olmsted for Community Development Block Grant Funds for the fiscal year 2002 for a <br />project titled Street-Scope for the expansion of the Clague Road and Lorain Road <br />intersection and declaring an emergency as amended. Councilwoman Kasler moved for <br />suspension of the rule requiring three readings noting that it had been heard in committee <br />and discussed by Council with the Director of the Department of Human Resources; <br />second by Councilman Nashar; motion passed unanimously. Councilwoman Kasler <br />moved for adoption; second by Councilman Nashar; motion passed unanimously. <br />Ordinance No. 2001-100 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 2001-103 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance amending the Traffic Corrtrol File of the City of North Olmsted to provide for <br />the installation of a traffic signal system at the intersection of Dover Center Road and <br />Driscoll Lane/Cottonwood Trail as amended. <br />Ordinance No. 2001-111 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter irno an agreement <br />with Chagrin Valley Engineering Services for the design of building improvements at <br />North Olmsted Park including concession stand, storage room, restrooms and shelter area <br />and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 2001-112 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Mayor to submit and seek financial assistance from the State <br />Issue 2 Infrastructure Bond Program for funding of various municipal capital <br />infrastructure improvements projects, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2001-113 introduces by Councilman Miller was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance amending Section 149.02 of the Administrative Code in order to establish a <br />clear procedure for notice to be given to condominium property owners affected by <br />proposed developments. <br />Resolution No. 2001-114 introduced by Councilman McKay was given its second <br />reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for and <br />accept bids for laboratory analytical services to support the Wastewater Treatmern Plant, <br />as detailed in the specifications on file, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, <br />and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2001-115 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading.
