Counci! Minutes of 10/2/2001 <br />with Project and Construction Services, Inc. (PCS) to provide construction management <br />services for the new North Olmsted Public Library and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2001-116 introduced by Councilman McKay on behalf of himself and <br />Councilman Nashar was given its second reading. An ordinance amending Section <br />505.16 of Chapter 505 of the General Offenses Gode entitled "Animals & Fowl," in order <br />to better regulate the keeping and maintaining of vicious and dangerous animals within <br />the City of North Olmsted, including dogs which menace people, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2001-117 introduced by Councilman Nashar on behalf of himself and <br />Councilman McKay was given its second reading. An ordinance amending the Traffic <br />Control File of the City of North Olmsted so as to provide for a uniform speed limit of <br />thirty-five (35j miles per hour on all portions of Great Northern Boulevard located within <br />the City of North Olmsted. <br />Ordinance No. 2001-118 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance amending Section 135.05 of the Administrative Code, presently entitled, <br />"Authority of Assistant Iirector to Sign Checks," in order to authorize certain employees <br />at Springvale to sign checks for purchases of beer, wine and other liquor for use at <br />Springvale, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 2001-119 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial on <br />behalf of himself and the entire Council. A resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into <br />a contract with the Cuyahoga County General Health District for the year 2002, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 2001-I20 was itroduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. <br />A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for <br />improvements at the Claque Road and Lorain Road intersection as detailed in the plans <br />and specifications on file and authorizing the Mayor to contract for the same and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2001-121 was irnroduced and placed on first reading by Councilman <br />Dailey on behalf of himself, Councilman O'Grady and the Mayor. An ordinance <br />authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement with <br />Traff--Pro Consultants, Inc. to provide design of an in-roadway warning light system in <br />Claque Road at the Claque Park driveway and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2001-122 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. <br />An ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into a contract <br />with Jeff Marshall to provide services to the city as the Director of Ice Skating at the <br />North Olmsted Recreation Center, and declaring an emergency. <br />16 <br />
