Council Minutes of 9/18!2001 <br />LEGISLATION <br />Ordinance No. 2001-70 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance accepting a permanent storm sewer easement located on property owned by <br />Paul E. and Teresa A. Grzybowski and designated as Permanent Parcel No. 235-17-045 <br />on the Cuyahoga County Maps and Records, in connection with the Revere Drive culvert <br />extension, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Nashar moved for adoption; second <br />by Councilman O'Grady; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 2001-70 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 2001-97 introduced by Councilman McKay was given its second reading <br />as amended. An ordinance establishing an increase in the imprest petty cash fund within <br />the Recreation Center Complex of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, and declaring an <br />emergency as amended. Councilman McKay moved for suspension of the rule requiring <br />three readings and noted that the ordinance has been discussed as it came into being <br />before Council's summer vacation. The motion was seconded by Councilman Limpert <br />and passed unanimously. Councilman McKay moved for adoption; second by <br />Councilman Limpert; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 2001-97 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 2001-98 introduces by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. A <br />resolution adopting the budget of the City of North Olmsted for the year beginning <br />January 1, 2002, and submitting the same to the County Auditor, and declaring an <br />emergency. Councilman McKay moved for suspension of the rule requiring three <br />readings; second by Councilman Limpert; motion passed unanimously. Councilman <br />McKay moved for adoption; second by Councilman Limpert; motion passed <br />unanimously. Resolution No. 2001-98 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 2001-99 inrtroduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance establishing the compensation and benefits to be paid to all part-time hourly <br />employees employed by the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, and declaring an <br />emergency. Councilman McKay moved for suspension of the rule requiring three <br />readings; second by Councilman O'Grady; motion passed unanimously. Councilman <br />McKay moved for adoption; second by Councilman O'Grady; motion passed <br />unanimously. Ordinance No. 2001-99 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 2001-100 introduced by Councilwoman Kasler was given its second <br />reading. An ordinance authorizing and directing Don Copeland, Director of the <br />Department of Human Resources, to make application on behalf of the City of North <br />Olmsted for Community Development Block Grant Funds for the fiscal year 2002 for a <br />project titled Street-Scape for the expansion of the Clague Road and Lorain Road <br />intersection. <br />Ordinance No. 2001-101 by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An ordinance <br />to make and transfer appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the <br />City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 2001 as amended. Councilman <br />McKay moved for suspension of the rule requiring three readings; second by Councilman <br />Limpert; motion passed unanimously.
