Council Minutes of 9/18/2001 <br />Ordinance No. 2001-102 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement <br />with Traff--Pro Consultants, Inc. to provide design services for the Dover Center Road <br />and Driscoll Lane/Cottonwood Trail intersection traffic signal system and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2001-103 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance amending the Traffic Comrol File of the City of North Olmsted to provide for <br />the installation of a traffic signal system at the intersection of Dover Center Road and <br />Driscoll LanelCottonwood Trail and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 2001-104 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for construction <br />and installation of ADA toilet room facilities and other improvements at the North <br />Olmsted Recreation Center as detailed in the plans and specifications on file and <br />authorizing the Mayor to contract for the same, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2001-105 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the Ohio Council 8 and <br />Local Zb81 of the American Federation of State, Caunty and Municipal Employees, <br />covering Service and Waste Water Treatment Plant employees, and declaring an <br />emergency. Councilman McKay moved for suspension of the rule requiring three <br />readings; second by Councilman Limpert; motion passed unanimously. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the Ohio Council 8 and <br />Local 2681 of the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, <br />covering Clerical and Technical employees, and declaring an emergency. Councilman <br />McKay moved for suspension of the rule requiring three readings; second by Councilman <br />O'Grady; motion passed unanimously.
