Council Minutes of 7/3/ZO(i1 <br />;..:~- Resolution No. 2001-78 introduced by Councilman Limpert was given its second <br />reading. A resolution saluting Mr. John Ryan, resident of Ward I, and the AFL-CIO for <br />their leadership on the May 2001 Cleveland School Levy. <br />Ordinance No. 2001-79 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an ageement <br />with Wade-Trim/Ohio, Inc. to provide design services for the Lessner Road and Florence <br />Avenue storm sewer replacement and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2001-82 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilman <br />McKay on behalf of the Mayor and entire Council. An ordinance providing for the <br />submission to the electors of the City of North Olmsted of an amendment to Article XIV <br />of the Charter of the City of North Olmsted, entitled "Charter Review Commission," in <br />order to make the dates of appoirrtment and time lines more specific, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2001-83 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An <br />ordinance to make and transfer appropriations for current expenses and other <br />expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 2001. <br />Resohrtion No. 2001-84 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Safety to advertise for bids for the purchase <br />and installation of a new entranceway sign for the North Olmsted Recreation Complex as <br />detailed in the specifications on file and authorizing the Mayor to contract for the same, <br />and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 2001-85 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilman <br />Limpert on behalf of himself and Councilman McKay. A resolution granting consent to <br />the assignment of the Cable Television Franchise of Ameritech New Media, Inc., to <br />WideOpenWest Ohio, LLC, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2001-86 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An <br />ordinance amending the Traffic Control File of the City of North Olmsted to provide <br />location flexibility and language clarity of the two "No Parking, Stopping or Standing" <br />signs on the south side of Sweetbrier Drive in the area of Pine Elementary School's <br />crosswalk and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2001-87 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilman <br />McKay. An ordinance amending the Traffic Control File of the City of North Olmsted to <br />provide a time limited and extended obstruction free zone in the vicinity of Pine <br />Elementary School's crosswalk on the south side of Sweetbrier Drive and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />10 <br />
