The motion passed with <br />six yeas and one abstention. Ordinance No. 2001-01 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 2001-62 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with Browning- <br />Ferris Industries of Ohio, Inc. for a two year extension to the contrail for the collection <br />and disposal of solid waste and processing of recyclable materials, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2001-63 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement <br />with JAT Associates to provide design services for ADA improvements at the North <br />Olmsted Recreation Center and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2001-64 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement <br />with Wade-Trim/Ohio, Inc. to provide design services for the Columbia Road storm <br />sewer replacement and declaring an emergency. Councilman Limpert moved for <br />suspension of the rule requiring three readings; second by Councilman O'Grady. The <br />motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 2001-64 <br />adopted. <br />Resolution No. 2001-65 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for repair of the <br />roof over the tennis courts at the North Olmsted Recreation Center in the City of North <br />Olmsted as detailed in the specifications on file and authorizing the Mayor to contrail for <br />the same, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Miller asked for suspension of the <br />rule requiring three readings; second by Councilman Nashar. The motion passed <br />unanimously. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement <br />with Wade-Trim/Ohio, Inc. to provide design services for the rehabilitation of a portion <br />of South Canterbury Road and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2001-67 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement <br />with WTW Architects, to provide design services for clubhouse, kitchen and roof <br />improvements at Springvale Golf Course and declaring an emergency. Councilman <br />Miller moved for suspension of the rule requiring the three readings; second by <br />Councilman McKay. The motion passed unanimously.
