Council Minutes of 5/1/2001 ,,.~„ Ordinance No. 2001-62 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with Browning- Ferris Industries of Ohio, Inc. for a two year extension to the contract for the collection and disposal of solid waste and processing of recyclable materials, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 2001-63 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement with JAT Associates to provide design services for ADA improvements at the North Olmsted Recreation Center and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 2001-64 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement with Wade-Tnm/Ohio, Inc. to provide design services for the Columbia Road storm sewer replacement and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 2001-65 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for repair of the roof over the tennis courts at the North Olmsted Recreation Center in the City of North Olmsted as detailed in the specifications on file and authorizing the Mayor to contract for the same, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 2001-66 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement with Wade-Trun/Ohio, Inc. to provide design services for the rehabilitation of a portion of South Canterbury Road and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 2001-67 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement with WTW Architects, to provide design services for clubhouse, kitchen and roof improvements at Springvale Golf Course and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 2001-68 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. A resolution strongly urging the Transportation Review Advisory Council (TRAC) to approve the Lorain Road (State Route 10) improvements and approach work at the intersection of Stearns Road (County Road 76), and declaring an emergency. Councilman Nashar moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings and committee review; second by Councilman Limpert; motion passed unanimously.
