. Council Minutes of 12/17/ZMi2 <br />Ordinance No. 2002-185 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance to make and transfer appropriations for current expenses and other <br />expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 2002 as <br />amended. Councilman McKay moved to suspend the rule requiring three readings and <br />noted that the ordinance had been discussed in committee. The motion was seconded by <br />Councilman Limpert and passed unanimously. Councilman McKay moved for adoption. <br />The motion was seconded by Councilman Limpert and passed unanimously. Ordinance <br />No. 2002-185 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 2002-186 introduced by Councilman Nashaz was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance providing for the amendment of the Zone Map of the City of North <br />Olmsted by changing the zoning of an approximately 5.5-acre vacant parcel of land, <br />known as Permanent Parcel Number 237-19-002, located south of Brookpark Road and <br />east of Columbia Road, and the site of the proposed Rockwynd single family cluster <br />development, from One Family Residence District to Single Family Cluster District. <br />Resolution No. 2002-187 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the purchase <br />of a maximum of 35,000 gallons of sodium aluminate for atwelve-month period, for use <br />by the Wastewater Treatment Plant for phosphate removal, and authorizing the Mayor to <br />contract for same. Councilman Limpert moved to suspend the rule requiring three <br />readings noting it had been discussed in committee. The motion was seconded by <br />Councilman Dailey and passed unanimously. Resolution <br />No. 2002-187 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 2002-188 introduced by Councilman Miller was given its second reading. <br />A resolution encouraging the Congress to pass Senate Bill No. 2935 which would allow <br />local health departments to apply for financial assistance directly to the centers for <br />disease control under the Mosquito Abatement for Safety and Health Act, and declaring <br />an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2002-189 introduced by Council members McKay, Gateau, Kasler, Miller <br />and Nashar was given its second reading. An ordinance establishing and fixing the <br />compensation far Council-at-Large members for the term of office commencing January <br />1, 2004 through December 31, 2007 and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2002-190 introduced by Council members McKay, Gateau, Kasler, Miller <br />and Nashar was given its second reading. An ordinance repealing Section 171.07 of the <br />Administrative Code, entitled "Secretary to Housing CounciUTax Incentive Review <br />Council," amending Section 135.021 of the Administrative Code, entitled "Assistant <br />Director," so as to transfer the duties of the Housing CounciUTIRC Secretary to the <br />Assistant Director of Finance, and declaring an emergency. <br />19 <br />
