. Council Minutes of 12/17/2002 <br />Ordinance No. 2002-193 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An <br />' ordinance amending Section 559.07 of the General Offenses Code in order to increase the <br />charge assessed for false alarms in commercial establishments and declaring an <br />emergency. Councilman Limpert moved for suspension of the rule requiring three <br />readings. The motion was seconded by Councilman Gareau and passed unanimously. <br />Councilman Limpert moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman <br />Gareau and passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 2002-193 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 2002-194 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for partial depth <br />concrete joint repair on various streets in the City of North Olmsted, as per specifications <br />on file in her office, and authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract for said repair and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 2002-195 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for cracksealing <br />on various streets in the City of North Olmsted, as per specifications on file in her office, <br />and authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract for same and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 2002-19b introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for 5,000 tons <br />of stone far various Service Department needs, as per specifications on file in her office, <br />and authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract for said stone, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2002-197 introduced by Councilman McKay was given its second <br />reading. An ordinance authorizing the transfer of one (1) additional storm sewer <br />employee from the Service Department to the Waste Water Treatment section of the <br />Public Works Division, and further authorizing the payment of wages from the Sewer <br />Revenue Fund, and declaring an emergency. Councilman McKay moved for suspension <br />of the rule requiring three readings. The motion was seconded by Councilman Limpert. <br />RoII call: McKay, yes; Limpert, yes; Dailey, yes; Gareau, yes; Kasler, yes; Miller, no; <br />Nashar, yes. The motion passed with six yeas and one nay. Councilman McKay moved <br />for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Limpert. Roll call: McKay, yes; <br />Limpert, yes; Miller, no; Nashar, yes; Dailey, yes; Kasler, yes; Gareau, yes. The motion <br />passed with six yeas and one nay. Ordinance No. 2002-197 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 2002-198 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance abolishing the position of Assistant Fire Chief in the organizational chart of the <br />Fire Department of the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Councilman <br />Limpert moved to table Ordinance 2002-198. The motion was seconded by Councilman <br />Gareau and passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 2002-198 tabled. <br />Resolution No. 2002-199 introduced by Councilwoman Kasler was given its second <br />reading.
