Council Minutes of 12/3/2002 <br />Ordinance No. 2002-190 was introduced and placed on first reading by Council members <br />McKay, Gareau, Kasler, Miller and Nashar. An ordinance repealing Section 171.07 of <br />the Administrative Code, entitled "Secretary to Housing Council/Tax Incentive Review <br />Council," amending Section 135.021 of the Administrative Code, entitled "Assistant <br />Director," so as to transfer the duties of the Housing CounciUTIRC Secretary to the <br />Assistant Director of Finance, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2002-191 was introduced and placed on first reading by Council members <br />McKay, Gareau, Kasler, Miller and Nashar. An ordinance creating a new and revised <br />city salary range ordinance in order to remove the salary range for the position of <br />secretary to the Housing CounciUTax Incentive Review Council, increase the salary <br />range for the position of Assistant Finance Director to reflect the additional duties <br />imposed upon the position as a result of the elimination of the position of secretary to the <br />Housing CounciUTIRC and the transfer of the duties of the said eliminated position to the <br />Assistant Director of Finance, otherwise re-establishing the rates of compensation for the <br />city's various administrative and legislative personnel, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2002-192 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. <br />An ordinance establishing a new and revised Chapter 1321 of the Codified Ordinances <br />entitled "Permit and Inspection Fees" and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2002-193 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. <br />An ordinance amending Section 559.07 of the General Offenses Code in order to increase <br />the charge assessed for false alarms in commercial establishments and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Resolution No. 2002-194 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. <br />A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for partial <br />depth concrete joint repair on various streets in the City of North Olmsted, as per <br />specifications on file in her office, and authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract for <br />said repair and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 2002-195 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. <br />A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for <br />cracksealing on various streets in the City of North Olmsted, as per specifications on file <br />in her office, and authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract for same and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Resolution No. 2002-196 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. <br />A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for 5,000 <br />tons of stone for various Service Department needs, as per specifications on file in her <br />office, and authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract for said stone, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />13 <br />
