Council Minutes 11/6/20112 <br />seconded by Councilman Gazeau and passed unanimously. Resolution No. 2002-148 <br />adopted. <br />Resolution No. 2002-153 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Mayor to request proposals for design services for the Bradley <br />Road and Columbia Road sidewalk project, further authorizing the Mayor to enter into an <br />agreement with the firm that provides such services that is selected in the RFP process, <br />and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2002-154 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance amending Section 3 of Ordinance No. 2002-103, in order to establish a new fee <br />schedule for emergency medical service and ambulance transportation, and declaring an <br />emergency. Councilwoman Kasler moved for suspension of the rule requiring three <br />readings and .noted that the ordinance has been heard in committee. The motion was <br />seconded by Councilman Nashar and passed unanimously. Councilwoman Kasler moved <br />for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Nashaz and passed unanimously. <br />Ordinance No. 2002-154 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 2002-156 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Personnel and Administrative Services to advertise <br />for bids for Police Professional Liability, Property & Scheduled Equipment, Crime, <br />Comprehensive Liability, Auto Liability & Physical Damage, Public Officials Errors and <br />Omissions, Boiler & Machinery, EDP, Umbrella, and Liquor Liability insurance as a <br />package, authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract for said insurance package with <br />the lowest and best bidder, subject to approval by the Board of Control, and declazing an <br />emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2002-157 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into a contract <br />with Jeff Mazshall to provide services to the City as the Ice Skating Co-ordinator at the <br />North Olmsted Recreation Center, and declaring an emergency as amended. Cvuneilman <br />Gazeau moved for suspension of the rule requiring three readings and noted that it has <br />been reviewed in committee. The motion was seconded by Councilman Limpert and <br />passed unanimously. Councilman Gazeau moved for adoption. The motion was <br />seconded by Councilman Limpert and passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 2002-157 <br />adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 2002-159 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into, grant, and <br />record a permanent roadway easement agreement with the Greater Cleveland Regional <br />Transit Authority {GCRTA), providing for GCRTA to be solely liable for and pay all <br />costs associated with the acquisition, construction, maintenance and repair of certain real <br />property in the city, known as Permanent Parcel Nos. 236-12-004 and 236-11-017 (part), <br />as described as a roadway to the GCRTA Park-N-Ride facility, and declaring an <br />emergency.
