Council Minutes 11/6/20112 seconded by Councilman Gazeau and passed unanimously. Resolution No. 2002-148 adopted. Resolution No. 2002-153 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. A resolution authorizing the Mayor to request proposals for design services for the Bradley Road and Columbia Road sidewalk project, further authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the firm that provides such services that is selected in the RFP process, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 2002-154 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An ordinance amending Section 3 of Ordinance No. 2002-103, in order to establish a new fee schedule for emergency medical service and ambulance transportation, and declaring an emergency. Councilwoman Kasler moved for suspension of the rule requiring three readings and .noted that the ordinance has been heard in committee. A resolution authorizing the Director of Personnel and Administrative Services to advertise for bids for Police Professional Liability, Property & Scheduled Equipment, Crime, Comprehensive Liability, Auto Liability & Physical Damage, Public Officials Errors and Omissions, Boiler & Machinery, EDP, Umbrella, and Liquor Liability insurance as a package, authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract for said insurance package with the lowest and best bidder, subject to approval by the Board of Control, and declazing an emergency. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into a contract with Jeff Mazshall to provide services to the City as the Ice Skating Co-ordinator at the North Olmsted Recreation Center, and declaring an emergency as amended. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into, grant, and record a permanent roadway easement agreement with the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority {GCRTA), providing for GCRTA to be solely liable for and pay all costs associated with the acquisition, construction, maintenance and repair of certain real property in the city, known as Permanent Parcel Nos. 236-12-004 and 236-11-017 (part), as described as a roadway to the GCRTA Park-N-Ride facility, and declaring an emergency.
