Council Minutes of 14/112002 <br />MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS <br />~- Councilman McKay scheduled a Finance Committee meeting to discuss Ordinance <br />No. 2002-145 for Tuesday, October 8, at 7 p.m. The Finance Director is asked to attend. <br />Councilman Nashar scheduled a BZD Committee meeting immediately following the <br />Finance Committee on October 8 to discuss Ordinances 99-77 and 99-79. The Law <br />Director and the Building Commissioner are asked to attend. Councilman Gareau <br />suggested that the proposal for the Shell gas station at Claque and Lorain be included on <br />the agenda. Councilman Nashar noted that the representatives had been invited to the last <br />committee meeting but had failed to attend. They will be invited again. <br />Councilman Limpert scheduled an Environmental CoYrtrol Committee meeting for <br />6:30 p.m. on October 8. A represerrtative from the Wastewater Treatment Plant is asked <br />to attend. <br />Councilman Dailey scheduled a Transportation Committee meeting immediately <br />following the Environmental Control Committee meeting to discuss Ordinance 2002-138. <br />The City Engineer and a representative from NOMBL are asked to attend. <br />Councilman Gareau moved to excuse the absence of Councilwoman Kasler who was ill. <br />The motion was seconded by Councilman Limpert and passed unanimously. <br />With the agenda being completed and there being no further business to come before <br />Council, President O'Grady adjourned the meeting at 9:20 p.m. <br />(~ ~ <br />~~~.~ . <br />Barbara L. <br />Seman, Cler of Council <br />-~~- <br />aE;~,-P <br />~,Q UG. r~ . rat ; h 1, F_ ~', ~I DES, ~ c ~-~~ t~~'L i~ n-~ <br />14 <br /> <br />
