Council Minutes of 9/3/2002 ~. Ordinance No. 2002-129 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. ° An ordinance accepting a water main easement located on property owned by David W. and Kimberly Snyder and designated as Permanent Parcel No. 235-12-092 on the Cuyahoga County Maps and Records, in connection with the Northern Avenue water main relocation project, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 2002-130 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An ordinance accepting a water main easement located on property owned by May F. Wong and designated as Permanent Parcel No. 235-12-054 on the Cuyahoga County Maps and Records, in connection with the existing Northern Avenue water main located on said property, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 2002-131 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An ordinance accepting a water main easement located on property owned by May F. Wong and designated as Permanent Parcel No. 235-12-053 on the Cuyahoga Couirty Maps and Records, in connection with the existing Northern Avenue water main located on said property, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 2002-132 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An ordinance accepting a water main easement located on property owned by Ronald W. and Mary Sue Claus and designated as Permanent Parcel No. 235-12-100 on the Cuyahoga County Maps and Records, in connection with the existing Northern Avenue water main located on said property, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 2002-133 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An ordinance accepting a water main easement located on property owned by Robert J. Patton, Trs. and designated as Permanent Parcel No. 235-12-102 on the Cuyahoga County Maps and Records, in connection with the existing Northern Avenue water main located on said property, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 2002-134 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilman Miller. An ordinance authorizing and directing Don Copeland, Director of the Department of Human Resources, to make application on behalf of the City of North Olmsted for Community Development Block Grant funds for the fiscal year 2003 for two projects titled Property/Facility Improvements For The Horizon Activities Centers - Early Intervention Center and Americans With Disabilities Act Improvements To The Front Entrance Of North Olmsted City Hall and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 2002-135 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilman Gareau on behalf of the entire Council and the Mayor. An ordinance repealing Section 533.05 of the General Offenses Code of the City of North Olmsted entitled "Importuning," and declaring an emergency. Councilman Gareau moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings and committee review and noted the legislation had been discussed in caucus. The motion was seconded by Councilwoman Kasler and passed unanimously. Councilman Gareau moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Miller.
