Council Minutes of 6/4/2002 Ordinance No. 2002-80 introduced by Councilman Nashar and Councilman McKay was given its second reading. An ordinance amending Section 1139.02 (Motorist Service District) of the Zoning Code in order to provide for additional permitted uses upon land zoned for Motorist Service District use. Ordinance No. 2002-81 introduced by Councilman Nashar and Councilman McKay was given its second reading. An ordinance providing for the amendment of the Zone Map of the City of North Olmsted by changing the hereinafter described parcel of real property located at 31515 Lorain Road from Limited Industry-Industrial Park District to Motorist Service District. Ordinance No. 2002-82 was inrtroduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An ordinance amending Section 955.02 of Chapter 955 of the Codified Ordinances (Sale of Surplus Personal Property) to authorize the Director of Public Service to dispose of surplus personal property with a fair market value of less than one thousand five hundred dollars without Council approval, and by auction, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 2002-83 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An ordinance amending the Traffic Control File of the City of North Olmsted to provide for the installation of four "No Turn on Red" signs at the Dover Center Road and Driscoll Lane/Cottonwood Trail signalized intersection and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 2002-84 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Safety to solicit bids for the rental of golf carts and other vehicles for 5pringvale, and authorizing the Mayor to enter into a corrtract for said vehicle rentals, subject to approval by the Board of Control, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 2002-85 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An ordinance creating a new Chapter 763 of the Business Regulation Code entitled "Tattoo Operations and Dermagraphic Art Studios," and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 2002-86 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilman Nashaz. An ordinance amending Section 505.13 of the General Offenses Code entitled "Rabies Vaccination of Dogs and Cats Required," to include ferrets as pets required to receive rabies vaccinations. Ordinance No. 2002-87 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilman Nashar. An ordinance amending Section 505.01, entitled "Dogs and other Animals Running at Large," so as to require dogs to be leashed and under control when not on the owner's premises. Ordinance No. 2002-88 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilman Nashaz. An ordinance amending Section 505.08(b)(2) of the General Offenses Code, entitled "Nuisance Conditions Prohibited," by removing the words "frequently or" for enforcement purposes. 13
