Council Minutes of 6/4/2002 <br />Ordinance No. 2002-80 introduced by Councilman Nashar and Councilman McKay was <br />given its second reading. An ordinance amending Section 1139.02 (Motorist Service <br />District) of the Zoning Code in order to provide for additional permitted uses upon land <br />zoned for Motorist Service District use. <br />Ordinance No. 2002-81 introduced by Councilman Nashar and Councilman McKay was <br />given its second reading. An ordinance providing for the amendment of the Zone Map of <br />the City of North Olmsted by changing the hereinafter described parcel of real property <br />located at 31515 Lorain Road from Limited Industry-Industrial Park District to Motorist <br />Service District. <br />Ordinance No. 2002-82 was inrtroduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An <br />ordinance amending Section 955.02 of Chapter 955 of the Codified Ordinances (Sale of <br />Surplus Personal Property) to authorize the Director of Public Service to dispose of <br />surplus personal property with a fair market value of less than one thousand five hundred <br />dollars without Council approval, and by auction, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2002-83 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An <br />ordinance amending the Traffic Control File of the City of North Olmsted to provide for <br />the installation of four "No Turn on Red" signs at the Dover Center Road and Driscoll <br />Lane/Cottonwood Trail signalized intersection and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 2002-84 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Safety to solicit bids for the rental of golf <br />carts and other vehicles for 5pringvale, and authorizing the Mayor to enter into a corrtract <br />for said vehicle rentals, subject to approval by the Board of Control, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2002-85 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An <br />ordinance creating a new Chapter 763 of the Business Regulation Code entitled "Tattoo <br />Operations and Dermagraphic Art Studios," and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2002-86 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilman <br />Nashaz. An ordinance amending Section 505.13 of the General Offenses Code entitled <br />"Rabies Vaccination of Dogs and Cats Required," to include ferrets as pets required to <br />receive rabies vaccinations. <br />Ordinance No. 2002-87 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilman <br />Nashar. An ordinance amending Section 505.01, entitled "Dogs and other Animals <br />Running at Large," so as to require dogs to be leashed and under control when not on the <br />owner's premises. <br />Ordinance No. 2002-88 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilman <br />Nashaz. An ordinance amending Section 505.08(b)(2) of the General Offenses Code, <br />entitled "Nuisance Conditions Prohibited," by removing the words "frequently or" for <br />enforcement purposes. <br />13 <br />
