~ Council Minute of 4/2/2002 <br />learn all they can before they vote for or against it. The motion passed unanimously. <br />Ordinance No. 2002-20 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 2402-30 introduce by Mayor Musial was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement <br />with Medina County Board of County Commissioners, providing for the said Board to <br />house North Olmsted prisoners at the Medina County Jail, and declaring an emergency. <br />Councilman Miller moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman <br />Limpert and passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 2002-30 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 2002-38 inrtroduced by Mayor Musial was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter irno an agreement <br />with H. R Gray & Associates, Inc. to provide construction management services for the <br />new North Olmsted Public Library, repealing Ordinance No. 2001-115, and declaring an <br />emergency. Councilman McKay moved for adoption; second by Councilman Gareau. <br />Roll ca11: McKay, yes; Gareau, yes; Dailey, yes; Nashar, yes; Miller, yes; Lirnpert, yes; <br />Kasler, yes, commenting that she wanted to say thank you for the indulgence of the <br />library oIiiciats and the administration in addressing her questions in caucus regarding <br />the confusion that she thinks resuhed from some of the issues on this ordinance. She <br />would like to see it go forward with further discussion when appropriate. The motion <br />passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 2002-38 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 2002-35 inrtroduced by the Mayor and entire Council was given its second <br />reading. A resolution declaring April 26, 2002 to celebrate Arbor Day and the award of <br />2002 Tree City USA. Councilman Limpert moved for suspension of the rule requiring <br />three readings. The motion was seconded by Councilman Dailey and passed <br />unanimously. Councilman Limpert moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by <br />Councilman Dailey and passed unanimously. Resolution No. 2002-35 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 2002-37 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract for the purchase of a portion of <br />the True North Energy, LLC (Shell Oil), property located at 23385 Lorain Road, North <br />Olmsted, Ohio (Permanent Parcel No. 237-09-004) .for the purpose of widening Claque <br />Road. <br />Ordinance No. 2002-34 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor to purchase a portion of the BP Products of North <br />America, Inc. property located at 23425 Lorain Road, North Olmsted, Ohio (Permanent <br />Parcel No. 237-08-001) for the purpose of widening Claque Road. <br />Ordinance No. 2002-40 imroduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to concern to a sublease <br />between AT&T Wireless PCS, Inc. and Sprintcom, Inc., providing for Sprintcom, Inc. to <br />collocate on the monopole at Claque Park, and further authorizing the Mayor to enter imo <br />a ground lease with Sprirncom, Inc. to provide a site at Claque Park for the construction <br /><:~ <br /> <br />16 <br />
