Council Minutes of 3/19/02 <br />intersection of Dover Center Road and Driscoll LanelCottonwood Trail in the City of <br />North Olmsted as detailed in the specifications on file and authorizing the Mayor to <br />contract for the same, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Limpert moved to <br />suspend the rule requiring three readings. The motion was second by Councilman Miller <br />and passed unanimously. Councilman Limpert moved for adoption; second by <br />Councilman Miller. Roll call: Limpert, yes; Miller, yes, with comment that he would <br />ask that the costs be watched closely. While the project must go forward, cods should be <br />controlled wherever possible. Roll call continued: McKay, yes; Gareau, yes; Dailey, <br />yes. The motion passed unanimously. Resolution No. 2002-36 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 2002-37 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract for the purchase of a portion of <br />the True North Energy, LLC (Shell Oil), property located at 23385 Lorain Road, North <br />Olmsted, Ohio (Permanent Parcel No. 237-09-004) for the purpose of widening Clague <br />Road. <br />Ordinance No. 2002-38 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter imo an agreement <br />with H. R. Gray & Associates, Inc. to provide construction management services for the <br />new North Olmsted Public Library, repealing Ordinance No. 2001-115, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2002-39 was i~rtroduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor to purchase a portion of the BP Products of North <br />America, Inc., property located at 23425 Lorain Road, North Olmsted, Ohio (Permanent <br />Parcel No. 237-08-001) for the purpose of widening Claque Road. <br />Ordinance No. 2002-40 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to consent to a sublease <br />between AT&T Wireless PCS, Irnc., and Sprirneom, inc., providing for Sprintcom, Inc., <br />to collocate on the monopole at Claque Park, and further authorizing the Mayor to enter <br />into a ground lease with 5printcom, Inc., to provide a site at Claque Park for the <br />construction of a service building to house wireless telecommunications equipment <br />associated with the use of the monopole, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2002-41 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilman <br />Gareau. An ordinance amending Section 533.07 of the General Offenses Code in order <br />to maximize the possible penalties for the offense of public indecency. <br />Ordinance No. 2002-42 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilman <br />Gareau.
