An ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement with the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (GCRTA), providing for GCRTA to pay atl costs associated with the acquisition of certain real property in the city, known as Permanent Parcel Nos. 236-12-004 and 236-11-017 (party for a roadway to lead to the proposed GCRTA Park-n-Ride facility, and further all costs for the construction, maintenance, and repair of the said roadway, and declaring an emergency. 13
