A resolution authorizing the Director of <br />Public Service to advertise for bids for pavement markings of streets at various locations <br />in the City of North Olmsted as detailed in the specifications on file and authorizing the <br />Mayor to contrad for the same, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 2002-22 introduced by Councilman Limpert on behalf of the Mayor and <br />all of Council was given its second reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of <br />Public Service to advertise for bids for construction of catch basin, manhole, sidewalk, <br />curbing and pavement repairs at various locations in the City of North Olmsted as <br />detailed in the specifications on file and authorizing the Mayor to contract for the same, <br />and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 2002-23 introduced by Councilman Limpert on behalf of the Mayor and <br />alt of Council was given its second reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of <br />Public Service to advertise for bids for construdion of street lighting at various locations <br />in the City of North Olmsted as detailed in the specifications on file and authorizing the <br />Mayor to contrail for the same, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2002-24 by Mayor Mural was given its second reading. An ordinance <br />establishing the compensation and benefits to be paid to all part-time hourly employees <br />employed by the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 2002-25 i~roduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reeding. A <br />resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a second interim agreemen with the City <br />of North Royahon, Ohio for the stabilization and disposal of biosolids generated by the <br />North Olmsted Wastewater Treatment Plant, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2002-27 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance adopting a new and revised Chapter 1309 of the City Building Code, entitled <br />"National Electrical Code," for the purpose of incorporating the new 2002 edition of the <br />National Electrical Code, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Nashar moved for <br />suspension of the rule requiring three readings. The motion was seconded by <br />Councilman Gareau and passed unanimously. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement <br />with the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (GCRTA), providing for GCRTA <br />to pay atl costs associated with the acquisition of certain real property in the city, known <br />as Permanent Parcel Nos. 236-12-004 and 236-11-017 (party for a roadway to lead to the <br />proposed GCRTA Park-n-Ride facility, and further all costs for the construction, <br />maintenance, and repair of the said roadway, and declaring an emergency. <br />13 <br />
