The motion was seconded by <br />Councilman Nashar and passed unanimously. <br />• Davidson Hotel Co., DBA Radisson Inn, 25070 Country Club Blvd. transfer of two <br />liquor licenses to Dow Hotel Company LLC, DBA Radisson Inn Cleveland Airport, <br />25070 Country Club Boulevard: DSA, spirituous liquor for on the premises <br />consumption only, beer/wine for on the premises and off-premises in original sealed <br />containers until 2:30 a.m., hotel or motel with 50 rooms or more; D6, the sale of <br />intoxicating liquor on Sunday between the hours of 1 p.m. and midnight. The <br />committee had no objection to the transfer. Councilman Limpert moved that Council <br />have no objection to the transfer of the D5A and D6 licenses for the Radisson Inn. <br />The motion was seconded by Councilman Nashar and passed unanimously. <br />• Anew DSA for the Dow Hotel Company, DBA Radisson Inn Cleveland Airport, <br />25070 Country Club Boulevard. It is Council's understanding that it is against state <br />regulations to have two identical licenses. Therefore, the committee recommended <br />that Council have an objection to the new license. Councilman Limpert moved that <br />Council object to the new DSA liquor license for Dow Hotel Company, DBA <br />Radisson Inn Cleveland Airport, 25070 Country Club Boulevard. The motion to <br />object was seconded by Councilman McKay and passed unanimously. <br />AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION <br />Joseph Bouman, 23950 Lessner Road, asked the Mayor if it was true that Safety Director <br />Jenkins and Service Director Bohlmann were no longer serving in those positions. <br />Mayor Musial said, as of the current time, that was correct. Mr. Bouman asked if there <br />were any immediate plans to replace them. Mayor Musial said no. <br />LEGISLA'T'ION <br />Ordinance No. 2001-148 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement <br />with Bowker & Associates, Inc. to provide professional services as an odor control <br />systems consultant for evaluating the Wastewater Treatment Plant odor control groups <br />and for recommending new operations monitoring equipment, and declaring an <br />emergency. Councilman McKay moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by <br />Councilman Limpert. Roll call: McKay, yes; Limpert, yes; Kasler, yes; Miller, yes, with <br />comment that there have been quite a few dollars spent in the Wastewater Treatment <br />Plant and many claims have been made that odors have been either eliminated or <br />minimized. He agrees that there is still an odor problem there, and hopefully these <br />professionals will be able to resolve that problem once and for all and will minimize the <br />monies that the city needs to spend in that area. Roll call continued: Nashar, yes; Dailey, <br />yes. The motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 2001-148 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 2001-157 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to directly purchase a second <br />rotating assembly from the original equipment manufacturer of the equipment <br />incorporated into the 2000 dewatering centrifuge project, and declaring an emergency. <br />~, <br />3 <br /> <br />
