Council Minutes of 12/2/2003 Ordinance No. 2003-164 introduced by Councilmen Limpert and Dailey on behalf of the ~* entire City Council was given its second reading. An ordinance amending Section 741.03 of Chapter 741 of the Business Regulation Code of the City of North Olmsted, entitled "Deliveries to Commercial Establishments," so as to prohibit overnight parking of commercial delivery trucks and to amend the hours of operation, and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 2003-166 introduced by Councilman Nashar on behalf of Mayor Musial was given its second reading. A resolution to approve and authorize the Mayor to enter into a release agreement with Star Transport, Inc. for damage done to city property and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 2003-167 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilman Gareau on behalf of Mayor Musial. An ordinance to make and transfer appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 3 1, 2003. Resolution No. 2003-168 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for 5,000 tons of asphalt and tack coating for various streets in the City of North Olmsted, as per specifications on file in his office, and authorizing the Mayor, subject to the approval by the Board of Control, if necessary, to enter into a contract for same and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 2003-169 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to solicit bids for the purchase of cell phones and cell phone service per specifications on file in his office, and authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract for said purchase subject to approval by the Board of Control, if necessary, and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 2003-170 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for partial depth concrete joint repair on various streets in the City of North Olmsted, as per specifications on file in his office, and authorizing the Mayor, subject to approval by the Board of Control, if necessary, to enter into a contract for said repairs and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 2003-171 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial.
