Council Minutes of 11/18/2003 <br />,~, Ordinance No. 2003-157 introduced by Council Members Gareau, Kasler, Dailey and <br />~s~ Limpert was given its second reading. An ordinance directing that the real property <br />owned by the city and located at 27425 Butternut Ridge Road, which is presently being <br />used as the site of the North Olmsted Branch of the Cuyahoga County Public Library but <br />is no longer needed for municipal purposes, be sold to the Board of Education of the <br />North Olmsted City School District; further authorizing the Mayor to execute a contract <br />and all other documents required to effectuate the said sale, and declaring an emergency <br />as amended. <br />Ordinance No. 2003-158 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilman <br />McKay on behalf of Mayor Musial. An ordinance accepting a permanent storm sewer <br />easement located on property owned by Robert E. Gilchrist, Trustee of the Mary E. <br />Gilchrist Revocable Trust, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2003-159 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilman <br />McKay on behalf of Mayor Musial. An ordinance to make appropriations for current <br />expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending <br />December 31, 2004. <br />Resolution No. 2003-161 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilman <br />McKay on behalf of Mayor Musial. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public <br />Service to advertise for bids for diesel fuel and gasoline products for use by the City of <br />North Olmsted, as per specifications now on file in his office, and authorizing the Mayor <br />to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2003-162 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilman <br />Limpert on behalf of himself and Councilman Gareau. An ordinance establishing within <br />the Special Revenue Fund goup a "Land Acquisition Fund" of the City of North <br />Olmsted, and directing that the net proceeds received by the city from the sale of the "Old <br />Library" building at 27425 Butternut Ridge Road be paid into said Special Revenue fund, <br />and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2003-163 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilman <br />Nashar on behalf of Mayor Musial. An ordinance dispensing with an RFP process and <br />authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with Sally A. Julian to serve as the city's <br />art consultant for the purpose of selecting and purchasing works of art for the city's new <br />library building, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2003-164 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilman <br />Limpert on behalf of himself and Councilman Dailey. An ordinance amending Section <br />741.03 of Chapter 741 of the Business Regulation Code of the City of North Olmsted, <br />entitled "Deliveries to Commercial Establishments," so as to prohibit overnight parking <br />of commercial delivery trucks and to amend the hours of operation, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br /> <br />10 <br /> <br />
