Council Minutes of 11/18/2003 Resolution No. 2003-166 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilman Nashaz on behalf of Mayor Musial. A resolution to approve and authorize the Mayor to enter into a release agreement with Star Transport, Inc. for damage done to city property and declaring an emergency. MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS Councilman McKay scheduled a Finance Committee meeting for 7 p.m. on Monday, November 24, to discuss Ordinances 2003-159, 2003-162, 2003-163, 2003-87 and Resolutions 2003-161 and 2003-166. The Mayor or his representative, the Finance Director and the Animal Wazden aze asked to attend. Councilman Limpert scheduled a Streets & Drainage Committee meeting immediately following the Finance Committee on November 24 to discuss Ordinance 2003-158 and the Phase II storm water regulations. The City Engineer is asked to attend. On behalf of Councilwoman Kasler, Councilman Miller scheduled a Public Safety Committee meeting immediately following the Streets & Drainage Committee on November 24 to discuss Ordinance 2003-164. Councilman Miller scheduled an Intra-Governmental Relations and Legislation; Long- Range Planning Committee meeting immediately following the Public Safety Committee on November 24 to discuss the Rules of Council. Councilman Nashaz scheduled a BZD Committee meeting for 7 p.m. Monday, December 1, 2003 to discuss Ordinance 2003-123. The Law Director, City Engineer and invited guests are asked to attend. Councilman Miller commented that he had asked the Mayor and Human Resources Director to place a bench at the end of the walkway of the Community Cabin. There are now two benches installed and our seniors aze very grateful. Thank you. Councilman Nashar moved to excuse the absence of Councilwoman Kasler. The motion was seconded by Councilman Gareau and passed unanimously.
