Council Minutes of 9/2/2003 <br />Ordinance No. 2003-48 introduced by Councilman Nashar was given its third reading. <br />An ordinance creating new Section 1126.09 of Chapter 1126 of the Planning and Zoning <br />Code to establish a requirement that certain commercial building permit applications <br />submit a master sign plan in compliance with the Sign Code (Chapter 1163), as amended. <br />Councilman Nashar moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman <br />Gareau and passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 2003-48 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 2003-109 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance accepting a water main easement located on property owned by NRP <br />Properties, LLC and designated as Permanent Parcel Nos. 236-17-005 and 236-17-015 on <br />the Cuyahoga County Maps and Records, in connection with the water main supplying <br />water service for Kennedy Ridge Apartments located on said property, and declaring an <br />emergency. Councilman McKay moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by <br />Councilman Limpert and passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 2003-109 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 2003-110 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance accepting a sanitary sewer easement located on property owned by Rockwynd <br />Cluster Homes and known as part of original Olmsted Township Lot No. 30, Tract 6, <br />Permanent Parcel No. 237-19-002 on the Cuyahoga County Maps and Records, and <br />declaring an emergency. Councilman McKay moved for adoption. The motion was <br />seconded by Councilman Limpert and passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 2003-110 <br />adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 2003-111 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into a letter of <br />agreement with Local 2681, Ohio Council 8, AFSCME, amending the collective <br />bargaining agreement between the City of North Olmsted and Loca12681, Ohio Council <br />8, AFSCME for the city's clerical and technical unit, in order to place within the unit the <br />position of "Animal Warden," and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 2003-117 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. A <br />resolution adopting the alternative tax budget of the City of North Olmsted for the fiscal <br />year beginning January 1, 2004, and submitting the same to the County Auditor, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br /> <br />7 <br />
