Council Minutes of 8/19/2003 <br />Kasler, yes; Dailey, yes; Nashar, yes. The motion passed unanimously. Ordinance <br />No. 2003-101 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 2003-109 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance accepting a water main easement located on property owned by NRP <br />Properties, LLC and designated as Permanent Parcel Nos. 236-17-005 and 236-17-015 on <br />the Cuyahoga County Maps and Records, in connection with the water main supplying <br />water service for Kennedy Ridge Apartments located on said property, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2003-110 introduces by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance accepting a sanitary sewer easement located on property owned by Rockwynd <br />Cluster Homes and known as part of original Olmsted Township Lot No. 30, Tract 6, <br />Permanent Parcel No. 237-19-002 on the Cuyahoga County Maps and Records, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2003-111 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance accepting a water main easement located on property owned by Rockwynd <br />Cluster Homes and known as part of original Olmsted Township Lot No. 30, Tract 6, <br />Permanent Parcel No. 237-19-002 on the Cuyahoga County Maps and Records and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 2003-11b introduced by the Mayor was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Personnel and Administrative Services to advertise <br />for bids for Comprehensive Municipal Liability, Police Professional Liability, Property & <br />Scheduled Equipment, Broad Form Crime, Automotive Liability & Physical Damage, <br />Public Officials Errors & Omissions, Boiler & Machinery, Inland Marine, EDP, <br />Umbrella, and Liquor Liability insurance, as a package, authorizing the Mayor to enter <br />into a contract for said insurance package with the lowest and best bidder, subject to <br />approval by the Board of Control, and declaring an emergency. Councilman McKay <br />moved for suspension of the rule requiring three readings. The motion was seconded by <br />Councilman Limpert and passed unanimously. Resolution <br />No. 2003-116 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 2003-117 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. <br />A resolution adopting the alternative tax budget of the City of North Olmsted for the <br />fiscal year beginning January 1, 2004, and submitting the same to the County Auditor, <br />and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 2003-118 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. <br />A resolution authorizing the Mayor to submit and seek financial assistance from the State <br />Issue 2 Infrastructure Bond Program for funding of various municipal capital <br />infrastructure improvements projects, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Limpert <br />moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings and committee review. The <br />motion was seconded by Councilman McKay and passed unanimously.
