Ordinance No. 2003-109 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An ordinance accepting a water main easement located on property owned by NRP Properties, LLC and designated as Permanent Parcel Nos. 236-17-005 and 236-17-015 on the Cuyahoga County Maps and Records, in connection with the water main supplying water service for Kennedy Ridge Apartments located on said property, and declaring an emergency. An ordinance accepting a sanitary sewer easement located on property owned by Rockwynd Cluster Homes and known as part of original Olmsted Township Lot No. 30, Tract 6, Permanent Parcel No. 237-19-002 on the Cuyahoga County Maps and Records, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 2003-111 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An ordinance accepting a water main easement located on property owned by Rockwynd Cluster Homes and known as part of original Olmsted Township Lot No. 30, Tract 6, Permanent Parcel No. 237-19-002 on the Cuyahoga County Maps and Records and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 2003-11b introduced by the Mayor was given its second reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Personnel and Administrative Services to advertise for bids for Comprehensive Municipal Liability, Police Professional Liability, Property & Scheduled Equipment, Broad Form Crime, Automotive Liability & Physical Damage, Public Officials Errors & Omissions, Boiler & Machinery, Inland Marine, EDP, Umbrella, and Liquor Liability insurance, as a package, authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract for said insurance package with the lowest and best bidder, subject to approval by the Board of Control, and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 2003-118 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. A resolution authorizing the Mayor to submit and seek financial assistance from the State Issue 2 Infrastructure Bond Program for funding of various municipal capital infrastructure improvements projects, and declaring an emergency.
