Mr. Limpert said, as he understands the contract, the city is to provide a library with the furnishings and the like. In the future, if something needs to be replaced, it will be replaced by the library system Law Director Dubelko said, before he prepared the legislation, he did review the agreement. What is being requested of the city is consistent with the cooperation agreement between the county library and the city. It provides not just for the real property but also for furniture and furnishings and equipment. Councilman McKay moved for adoption. An ordinance accepting a sanitary sewer easement located on property owned by Rockwynd Cluster Homes and known as part of original Olmsted Township Lot No. 30, Tract 6, Permanent Parcel No. 237-19-002 on the Cuyahoga County Maps and Records, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 2003-111 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. A resolution authorizing the payment of One Thousand, One Hundred and Six Dollars and Forty Cents ($1,106.40) to the Fraternal Order of Police, Ohio Labor Council, Inc. for distribution to a specific corrections officer of the union and as consideration for the settlement of a grievance under the collective bargaining agreement and declaring an emergency.
