Council Minutes of 8/5/03 <br />suspension of the rule requiring three readings and noted the legislation had been <br />'` reviewed by Council. The motion was seconded by Councilwoman Kasler and passed <br />unanimously. Dennis Lambert, 25057 Carey Lane, questioned the need for the city to <br />supply furniture and furnishings. Mr. Limpert said, as he understands the contract, the <br />city is to provide a library with the furnishings and the like. In the future, if something <br />needs to be replaced, it will be replaced by the library system Law Director Dubelko <br />said, before he prepared the legislation, he did review the agreement. What is being <br />requested of the city is consistent with the cooperation agreement between the county <br />library and the city. It provides not just for the real property but also for furniture and <br />furnishings and equipment. Councilman McKay moved for adoption. The motion was <br />seconded by Councilwoman Kasler and passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 2002-149 <br />adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 2003-109 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. <br />An ordinance accepting a water main easement located on property owned by NRP <br />Properties, LLC and designated as Permanent Parcel Nos. 236-17-005 and 236-17-015 on <br />the Cuyahoga County Maps and Records, in connection with the water main supplying <br />water service for Kennedy Ridge Apartments located on said property, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2003-110 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. <br />An ordinance accepting a sanitary sewer easement located on property owned by <br />Rockwynd Cluster Homes and known as part of original Olmsted Township Lot No. 30, <br />Tract 6, Permanent Parcel No. 237-19-002 on the Cuyahoga County Maps and Records, <br />and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2003-111 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. <br />An ordinance accepting a water main easement located on property owned by Rockwynd <br />Cluster Homes and known as part of original Olmsted Township Lot No. 30, Tract 6, <br />Permanent Parcel No. 237-19-002 on the Cuyahoga County Maps and Records and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 2003-112 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. <br />A resolution authorizing the payment of One Thousand, One Hundred and Six Dollars <br />and Forty Cents ($1,106.40) to the Fraternal Order of Police, Ohio Labor Council, Inc. <br />for distribution to a specific corrections officer of the union and as consideration for the <br />settlement of a grievance under the collective bargaining agreement and declaring an <br />emergency.
