Mr. Limpert said, as he understands the contract, the <br />city is to provide a library with the furnishings and the like. In the future, if something <br />needs to be replaced, it will be replaced by the library system Law Director Dubelko <br />said, before he prepared the legislation, he did review the agreement. What is being <br />requested of the city is consistent with the cooperation agreement between the county <br />library and the city. It provides not just for the real property but also for furniture and <br />furnishings and equipment. Councilman McKay moved for adoption.
